How do I configure Google search for a subset of my doc space?

I am trying to use the following implemented feature to configure different searches for different products:

I already had a general search of my doc space working and implemented, and I tried to add a second search for just the Digital Workplace product:

My KC bot that is configured to use the first search works. If I enter the search term “catalog,” it gets Google Search results for both Digital Workplace and our other products that have a catalog feature.

However, my KC bot that is configured to use the second search gets no results.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @mmarques , thanks for posting to PX Community!

Based on my quick tests, your content seems to be NOT be served from “https://docs.bmc.com/docs/digitalworkplace/” and ACTUALLY from “https://docs.bmc.com/docs/digitalworkplaceadvanced/”.

See my “Advanced” search results on The Google below…

Happy PX-ing!

@link_black - That didn’t work for me either :-(    I think there’s something up with Digital Workplace, because I was able to get search working for AIOps.

And here’s a link to Digital Workplace documentation from the general search results: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/digitalworkplaceadvanced/1802/setting-up-user-accounts-and-granting-access-to-bmc-digital-workplace-catalog-788653360.html

@link_black  - It turned out to be the reverse. It works from digitalworkplaceadvanced, and not digitalworkplace. In addition, I think I had a typo at one point. Thanks for showing me that I could test with site search :-)
