I am new to gainsight. I am exploring gainsight custom events but couldn’t find what exactly can be done with it, what are different gainsight event properties etc.
Is it possible to monitor API calls being made in the page using gainsight? For example, show a gainsight dialog if a particular API returns error message.
Appreciate any inputs on this.
