HI @spencer_engel - I’m trying to create reports that show daily usage metrics we have in a custom object (data coming in from S3) in Gainsight as a line chart where one line shows data for this year and another line shows data from the same time last year, so we can see if / when our clients are dropping in usage across our entire client base. Is there a way to create fields in reports using the +formula field, or do I have to create fields on the custom object and write rules to dump the data into those fields from one year ago?

Hi Spencer - I’m looking for the best way to represent a dynamic GRR on a dashboard - basically, a calculated field that can be updated by filters.  I’ve designed a workaround solution, but I’d like to know if there are any better ways.

Question about Transformations

Hi Spencer - How can we ensure CTAs and related tasks are mapped accordingly to their Salesforce Accounts with propper assignments so Reps who work out of Salesforce can be in the loop. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
