Hi, it’s my first time to Office Hours and we are in the final stretch of setting up Gainsight. We’re hoping to launch Jan 1 but we still have a number of issues to overcome first. 
 

  1. We need a dynamic list of companies in our Company object because new customers sign up while others leave. We can pull a current list each day. What do you recommend we do to remove any companies that have left, and add new companies that have signed up on a daily, automated basis?
  1. I'm trying to add filters to a dashboard but after I do the dashboard shows no data when I apply the filter. Do I need to add the filter categories to every report in the dashboard for the filters to work?
  1. Do CTA's get reassigned when an account manager moves into a different role? How does that work?
  1. What sort of YOY calculations do most companies use? Our YOY percentage change numbers explode when dealing with small companies. I am recommending subtracting last year's numbers from this year’s to get an increase or decrease that is within the normal range account managers are used to seeing.

Thanks Spencer! I don’t think I’ll be able to make the office hours on Thursday due to a scheduling conflict. Is there anyway that we could get someone to respond to my community post so we can have that discussion there?
