Activity Timeline Sync - is it possible to sync timeline timeline tasks to SFDC objects other than the Task, Event and Account object? e.g. to a support case object or mobile card object?

use case as described by the relevant manager:

“our team is to continue leveraging SF as our CRM tool for reaching out and logging communication with customers.  Since we will only have view only access rights to Gainsight, all CTAs will need to be created as open tasks or open cases on a mobile card object in SF.

I’m working on configuring a report in JO and setting a filter to show only that person’s accounts in the report. When I try preview, I get an error and when I send a test email, I never get the test. I wonder if it’s a configuration mistake on my end or something that I should escalate to support.

I have another question on reporting: we have an onboarding scorecard and a regular scorecard. After the onboarding is complete the client’s scorecard is switched to the regular scorecard. Is there a field that holds the date the switch was made and the onboarding scorecard scores on that date?

@spencer_engel  as a follow-up, this is the community post I ran across today re: syncing to SFDC opportunities.  Not certain if it lines up with the ask you mentioned on the call today:
