Hi @spencer_engel - I have two things I wanted to hit on today:

  • Best practices on Relationship architecture. We began using Relationship at the end of 2018. We only have one relationship type at this time but plan on creating additional relationship types this year. I wanted to discuss our current structure and see if that’s the best way to go about relationships or if there’s another best practice that Gainsight has created for their Relationship architecture
  • Our Salesforce Connector was configured and turned on by Gainsight in December. We currently have a Rule that loads/update Account data and I wanted to see if it was possible to add the fields we were loading in our Company Sync job so we can deactivate the rule
