I need some help with reporting - 

can we summariz some columns on a tabular report like usage volume while not summarizing account name?

 

HOw can I add a trend line to a column graph - for example - column graph pf cases created week ovr week and and a trend ;line of resolution time

I need help with Data Designer - a dataset (Avg Activites per Account) you helped me build a few weeks back. Now I need to change the CSM field so it can be filtered for allusers on DB, but when I try to make the change I get stuck.

 

 

We just migrated to Survey 2.0 and would like to talk about some issues around NPS CTAs because of the change.

Hi Scott,

  • I am using the Rules engine to export data to an S3 bucket, but it seems to fail every run. Wondering if you can help out on it.
  • I have a user who is running into a dashboard issue. She has permission on it, but the error details does not tell me much

Hi Scott, long time! Is there a way to create a Gantt chart view of Success Plan Progress across accounts? I know of the Gantt view within the success plan itself but I’m specifically looking for across accounts. Thanks!

Hello @ml2019 -- wanted to follow up re: Gantt Chart question and then the potential for a coming Smartsheet integration as well.

On the Gantt visualization, as I’d thought, it’s not on the roadmap currently.  We just haven’t seen enough use cases/requests for Gantt at anything but the Customer level or Success Plan level (where it currently is available).  Aggregated data across a cohort doesn’t usually fit with what a Gantt is made to show.  That said - the product owner for reporting is interested in your use case, since we haven’t seen many - if you want to put details in a reply here, or create a Product Request post for Gantt and give some details there, I’ll let him know.

 On Smartsheet integration:  definitely on the current roadmap - wouldn’t be coming in the next few releases, certainly, but it’s on the list to build (as opposed to the “list of things we might build”).
