Hello! I’m looking for support with the Journey Orchestrator program I’m using to send out a quarterly NPS. Questions are

  • What does the status - review mean in the participants list
  • We stopped the previous program and cloned it for this new instance of NPS - was that a mistake and if so how do I fix it to ensure that participants who have received NPS in the last 6 months don’t receive it
  • Once we’re confident in the rules governing participants, how can we set this up to recur automatically; can we get a notification prompting us to review participants before it goes out?

Hi Scott,  I'm reaching out as I’m trying to modify the company person record found on the MDA table for the customer “RJ Corman Railroad Group”. I’ve attempted to filter the company person record several times to identify the individual in need of deletion but cannot seem to find them via the filter. Therefore, can you please assist?

Managing email opt-outs in JOs, Surveys, etc question for you Scott ….

Is there a way to make the opt-out choice applicable only to the JO in which that choice was made, and not applicable globally to all other JOs, Surveys, etc?  

Use Case:  JO Example may send a participant multiple emails throughout its Active life.  We want to allow a participant to opt-out of that JO only, such that they no longer receive subsequent emails there, but would still be eligible to receive emails from all other JOs, Surveys, etc in the future.  

Is that possible to do?

We just launched an ongoing JO program to send usage data to our customers that have upcoming renewal(100 days out). I have a couple of technical questions that I need clarity on, so we can utilize this journey to the fullest and make it more robust.

 

Question 1:

The data source refreshes every day at 8:00 am EST and it appends more participants based on the criteria in the query. So every day when the data is refreshed does it update the circled Total metrics as well or will it remain static? The Total metrics are stored in an MDA table that gets updated daily via an s3 file.

Question 2:

The same email participant can enter after 100 days after the status is completed (as seen in the above screenshot), so the question is: Will it send the email to participants who have completed the journey after 100 days with the same Total Metrics as sent in the last email or will it have updated data?

Question3: What happens when next year rolls in, will the participants who are part of the same journey gets added again as they have renewal approaching and our Query is picking up participants from the customer base 100 days out? We have the uniqueness criteria email address, so I believe it won’t but what about the usage data as we want to send them the data from last 6 months.
