Hello All, does Gainsight have audit trails for specific changes? Such as changes made to health scoring metrics, etc.?

Hello @Krista21 -- There generally aren’t true “audit” trails out of box in Gainsight (meaning, if 10 changes are made to a scoring metric or a field on Company over the course of 1 hour, you can go back a month later to see every one of the 10 changes, exactly when each change was made, and who made it).

Depending on your use case,  there are some options: the Scorecard feature, for instance, always has  what the previous score was for any given metric available via reporting on the underlying tables -- and it shows when the score was last modified.  However, still not a full change log.

If you have some specific use cases, join one of next week’s Admin Office Hours sessions and either Spencer (Tuesday) or myself (Thursday) can give you an outline of some of the options for the different items you are looking to track change history on.

Hope that helps some, even if it isn’t a full answer to the question!

Best,  Scott
