Hi Scott, 

I am trying to bring a new field called “customer segment” over from salesforce into Gainsight so I can use it in C360. I am able to edit the global/company layout of C360, but am having trouble getting the field over into Gainsight in the first place. How do I bring it over?

Hi Scott,

  • I am trying to convert military time from a SFDC field into standard time in JO
  • Also trying to shorten GS date and time format. It includes UTC and I don’t want to use that in JO
