I will be there with questions re Copilot.  Here is the use case I have in mind:



Our SMB CSMs conduct a business review with their accounts every 180 days.  I'd like to automate the outreach (and in some cases, follow up) that they send to schedule this meeting.  Ideally, the flow should be something like this:




  1. Schedule BR email goes out to clients 30 days before the Business Review CTA due date
  2. If client responds to initial email, no further action
  3. If client does not respond to initial email, generate follow up communication 2 weeks later
  4. If client does not respond to follow up email, update CTA (update status and/or reassign)
I'm pretty sure 1-3 are possible, not so sure about 4. 



If time permits, I also have questions about managing email opt outs.
