I’d like to view one report in two different ways on a dashboard. In one instance I want to see a table, and in another I’d like to see a widget of the total number of records in that report. Is there a way to do this that does not require duplicating my report?
We just had an internal webinar at Gainsight where @gopal_rao_kallepu took us very patiently through the newly minted C360/R360 view. If you are on the fence about migrating to NXT, this functionality will seal the deal for ya! So many goodies in a single release!Chronological view of key milestones depicting the customer journey: ARR change, Opp close, EBR, CSM change, Stage change etc. It addresses many of the UI improvements for admins It gives power to the end users It is much more beautiful and intuitive. The design is very thoughtful to hide complexity from the end users/admin but at the same time not compromising on configurability. That combination is rare to achieve. Preview functionality of the customer journey AND preview functionality for the views Addressing the complexity on the relationship 360 view and hierarchies The ability to add logo of the customer in the C360 Smart improvements to the UI to show configuration options such as bringing Timeline to the main view.
We are interested in your feedback We are currently working on improving the Gainsight Global Search, we want to improve the user experience around global search. A couple of the things we are already considering includeAdministration - Supporting filters in the search configuration. These filters help admins restrict in-active and non-relevant records from appearing in search results. (here) Recent searches - Showing the recent searches to users. Hello, I’ve check documentation for Mediation and found that we can check Mediation number and Average number, but gif pictures and my Rules engine have different tools and I can’t understand why. I am trying to use the following implemented feature to configure different searches for different products:I already had a general search of my doc space working and implemented, and I tried to add a second search for just the Digital Workplace product:My KC bot that is configured to use the first search works. If I enter the search term “catalog,” it gets Google Search results for both Digital Workplace and our other products that have a catalog feature.However, my KC bot that is configured to use the second search gets no results. What am I doing wrong?
Hey all,has anyone worked out how to stack data, so you can show the results for each quarter, over the past “x” years. eg. i want to compare my bookings for Q1 2021 vs Q1 2020 vs Q1 2019 vs Q2018 i only seem to be able to group by FQ and that shows it in a linar format, not stacked by yearexcel example:
I was wondering if it’s possible to provide a report to CSM’s where they can update attribute fields from within that view rather than going to each 360 individually? This is doable via SF using a list view, e.g; And I know we can do this for healthscores currently.
I have created an email template that included several reports, and when I've noticed some errors in the reports, I went back and fixed them. But I've noticed that the new versions of the reports were not reflected in the email template. Is there any possibility to refresh the template without me deleting the reports in the template one by one and re-adding them?
Hi Gainsight community,I am trying to populate the list of systems installed on an account through a “Systems installed” multi select picklist which i have created. How do i create a rule to populate multiple items for the same account. The rule takes once record at a time and only populates the last item. For eg Account 123 has install base serial numbers abc, def, ghi, jklI want to populate for all accounts their unique serial numbers in a multi-select dropdown. I created a multi-select dropdown and called it “Systems installed”, it wanted me to add one value atleast so added a default value while creating the field in the company object. Hello All! I hope I can get some assistance on here with this question. I’m trying to find a way to alert my CSM’s when they have a new account assigned/transferred to them. Currently we sync all accounts from Salesforce to GS, but there’s no notifications received by the CSMs when this occurs. Is there a way i can build a rule, use the J.O, etc to have this function? Would appreciate anyones help and assistance with this build, thanks :)
Those of us who love Journey Orchestrator also feel the painpoint of these emails not logging to Timeline. While there is some good reasoning to consider for why this is not an out-of-the-box feature, JO is an extremely flexible tool, and therefore the decision for whether emails from a program should display in timeline or not should be left up to the GS admin for that instance.Regardless, if you’re like me and need to show your CSMs automated emails but don’t want to do the heavy lifting of syncing to SFDC > back into Gainsight Timeline, a great workaround is to create a report and display it as a related list in the C360.Here’s how I did it:Used the AO Emails object In the “Show Me”, included the fields Created At (which is the Sent Date), Email Template Name, Full Name (Gs Participant Id → Full Name), Recipient Email Address (Gs Participant Id → Full Name), Email Opened, Bounce, Text BodyIf you wanted to go a step further and limit the return of records to a specific program, yo
Hey everyone!One of our CSM's came to us with the question whether it is possible to transfer a status from an email to the timeline. Our CSM's distribute a Customer Health Status to customers, which can be green, yellow or red. Is it possible that the CSM's write something like "@status green" in the email and Gainsight automatically detects this status ?
What are some of the more advanced JO Programs you’ve set up (like loading activity to a custom object to rely on for XYZ). When have you felt like you’ve pushed JO to its limits so you can deliver something unexpected?(I take zero credit for this thought -- @kelly mentioned it -- but I’m so curious what people have to say 🙂)
Update: Just received further information that ALL reports on C360 can be affected by this issue. Refreshing the page can be a workaround, but you will need to continue to refresh as you toggle between pages, reports, filters, etc. Update: Users are also experiencing this on R360 pages as well We wanted to make our admin community aware of an issue that was found today within the product. Reports built off of Salesforce reports that are displayed on the C360 are not rendering correctly. Customers have reported unreadable reports, and the inability to decipher what the reports are due to text sizing issues. Please note that these are only for reports on C360 that are based off of Salesforce objects. Reports with Gainsight objects are NOT affected. Our Engineering team has been made aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix for this. Our hope is to push the fix within the next 24 hours. We will post updates on this issue as we get them.
Usecase: Loading existing measure history to a new scorecard via a scorecard History action in rules.Blocker : Measure history is not updating with the new scorecard and still the records are holding values with the old scorecardThe current expected behavior of the "Load to Scorecard history" action is that while reinserting back to history it considers the combination of Date+Company GSID for a measure.Hence if there already exists a record in that combination of date+company GSID an update/new record won't get inserted.If there already exists a record for the old scorecard and the measure. Hence the record won't get updated with the new/mentioned scorecard in the rule.The process to proceed with:1. Create a backup in CSV for Old Scorecard history data for the required measures+Dates2. A tech ops ticket/Support to delete the old scorecard history for those specific dates + measures.3. Hi,We would like to create a custom survey in-app where we present our users with 3 options (just as an example). However - we dont want these options to look like the built in ‘smileys’ - but rather user our own images / buttons. We couldn’t find any way to do so. Did anyone try and succeed? Thanks, Yariv
