Company Name in Google Chrome tabs in Gainsight NXT

Users are complaining that the tabs using Google Chrome used to have the Company Name so they could easily see the Company Name when they have many tabs open but, now it just shows Company 360. Is there a place in Chrome or Gainsight to control what is shown there?

When are options for incentives for full participation when requesting surveys for CSAT on service or product feedback?

I’m interested to hear how others get full participation in surveys for CSAT, NPS and feedback.I relaunched fresh surveys on product, services and did renewal touch points with general questions. I have done subjective responses to consistent questions.Now, I desire scoring feedback to align with our internal health scoring for comparison. I have heard offering gift cards can seem like a bribe and was shot down. I thought it was more common and interested to hear how others do it.I am having teams follow-up direct in meetings with a soft approach and resharing for those that respond and are open.  Appreciate any ideas! Conditions in Mapping Participant Sources

Hi, folks. I hope this finds you well. I have a J.O. Program that sends out a survey e-mail but it’s failing to fetch some participants due to the sender e-mail field being null. I have another e-mail field that could be used in case the one that is being currently used is null, but I don’t know whether it’s possible to create some kind of condition as a if/else clause.That way, if the data from the sender e-mail field is null, use the other field.Thanks in advance!

Kanban in Cockpit

It would be a great user experience to be able to drag and drop CTAs between statuses in a Kanban style. It would also be great to be able to move a customer between stages in a Kanban style.

{Issue} NPS Widget in Horizon Summary

While its amazing that the Product team added the ability to have True Score on the NPS Widget. It seems like its been made the default( along with ‘current half year’ as default period) which needs toggling to Avg NPS everytime you enter the C360.Would it be possible to set the default to Avg NPS( and Past Year) OR atleast give the Admins or End users options for setting this default?

Creating a Badge button on application for feedback

Hello Everyone,  I would like to create a badge button on my application. For eg: A badget button for “Feedback” next to “Engagement”. When the user clicks on the button, it should open up a small feedback form with a couple of questions and when the user submits the form, there would be a thank you screen for the feedback. How do I create that?

Allow admins to rename segments

Decided to try out segments for the first time and then quickly discovered I can’t rename it after creation, even if it’s not currently being used anywhere. Sad day.Please give the ability to rename a segment after creation.

Scorecard detail page doesn't let you see timeline

There’s an email that gets sent out if you were mentioned on a timeline activity for a scorecard. I went to respond to that hail and I was frustrated when I can’t see the timeline activities, or add a response to them. This seems like a miss. If I’m not able to even see the comment I just got an email about, just link me to the c360.

I am getting failures of Connector 2.0 jobs, Need details on the failure

I am getting failures of all my Connector 2.0 jobs. The only error message I can see is “Time limit exceeded while polling for batch status”. Is there a more detailed error log I can access?There are 3 jobs in the rule chain - Company Sync, User Sync and Picklist Sync. The Company and User syncs show in their logs that they are failing. This message appears “Job failed - The job cannot be processed as the dependent job failed in job chain”.  For the Picklist Sync, the logs show this error: “Job failed -”. I am assuming the picklist is the dependent job that is failing the other jobs since it is the first one in the chain. How can I get more detailed information on the Picklist Sync failure?I am using SFDC Edition

How to Plan/Capture/Track Scheduled Meetings in Gainsight

For companies that may want a way to plan/capture/track future scheduled meetings, here’s a way to do it using functionality already built into the Gainsight platform and with which users should already be familiar.Short description of solution: Adjust Event CTA Type to have  A CTA Status of “Scheduled”  CTA Reasons that map to each type of meeting to track Have users set up Calendar Configuration to sync Event CTAs with “Scheduled” Status to Calendar Create CTA-based reports to track “Scheduled” Event CTAs by Month  ADMIN EFFORT Event CTA Type Config (Or use a Custom CTA Type)Make sure the Recurring event flag is enabled on the Event CTA Type (to reduce the amount of effort in creating recurring touchpoint meetings) Set a special CTA Status of “Scheduled” for the Event CTA type: Add CTA Reasons for the types of meetings users would schedule (add a Reporting Category of Meeting to make reporting easier, particularly if you have multiple Event reasons unrelated to meetings.

Inferred Booking Types to indicate an expected churn

Using the renewals centre out of the box functionality, the inferred booking types currently indicate “renewal”, where the forecast amount = target amount, “renewal with upsell”, where the forecast amount > target amount, and “renewal with downsell” when the forecast amount < target amount. However, when we know that a customer will churn, and therefore their forecast amount = 0, it still applies the “renewal with downsell” inferred booking type, whilst for our reporting, we would like to differentiate this expected churn from other downsell/contraction. Is there a way to do this?

PX test emails not being received

I’m trying to send myself a test email from PX. I get a confirmation message that the email has been sent but I’m not receiving it. I’ve tried:Sending to both my work email and a personal email. Ensuring the sender email address is in my trusted senders list Checking my junk email folder Checking my company’s quarantine folder (I used to find them here)Any other suggestions? I would really like to see how the email is going to look before sending to users.

X-Org Parity Issue/Question

We’ve recently acquired a company and I am in the process of migrating their setup to our main GS environment. I am trying to use X-Org 2.0. The first issue I ran into, currency issue, has been resolved. However, now I am trying to migrate one simple playbook at the relationship level. I built out a bundle in X-Org 2.0 and all of a sudden I have hundreds of dependencies popping up, in reality it is like 18 for one simple playbook.  I have the exact same relationship type and the CTA type is objective that certainly exists in both. There are not custom fields on the layouts so nothing needs to be synced for that. Even if that was the case explain why these need to be synced;Relationship Type Category: this playbook has nothing to do with this fieldUser Object: Why? There aren’t any custom fields?Scoring Scheme Definition: Seriously? When do playbooks have anything to do with this object/feature? I am not going to list out all my complaints. However, one of the main ones I have an issue

Creating an alert off the back of a rule - which is not a Call To Action?

Hey there.I have set up a rule that generates a CTA to the CSM whenever a customer collects their first piece of feedback on our platform. However, I think a CTA for this use-case is a little too abrasive, I wanted to set up more of an alert. Is there a roundabout way that you can trigger another kind of alert, such as an email - off the back of a rule?

Disable heads-up email in Program

Hi! We’re trying to send our NPS today, but our Program failed due to a missing email template linked to the Heads Up Email. We have enabled the heads up email because we want to send out the NPS directly. If I add an email template, this won’t be send to our customer right? Not sure how this works and cannot find the answer on NXT.

Calculate rank from the scores for the account

Hey Guys!I have data designer fetch in this below format (Account Name, Overall Score). I want to assign them Rank using the formula. Higher the Percentage Higher the rank.How do I calculate Rank in the data Designer.I have 2000K  Accounts and all have a unique score.
