Cusotmer would like to turn off the email notification sent to admins when access is granted

@rajasekhar_parasu Could you be able to tell us why those customers do not want to receive the notifications?

For better security and transparency, we have this feature where all Super Admins get this notification.

Currently, if any user grants to support access, All super admins will receive notifications.

A few customers reported that they don’t want to receive these notifications.
