Not able to view data under User list under User management as a Gainsight admin

As s Gainsight Admin I'm not able to view and check the current Gainsight Users Under the User Management feature.

I've been told by Gainsight support that We need to have SFDC admin permissions.

As Gainsight admin, we should be at-least able to view the Gainsight Licensed Users under the User List.

Has anyone else observed this?

Figured this out.

Synced the User list via Gainsight connect
From the report builder used the User object under MDA objects and found the Gainsight licensed Users
