Is there a way to include more than 10 fields in the GS widget in Zendesk?

Hi all, we’re using UI Views > Customer 360 to edit what’s available to our support team using the Gainsight widget in Zendesk. They need to be able to see more than 10 fields as appears to be the current limit. Are there any workarounds or custom configurations for this?

You could potentially create a report and format it as a table. This way you could add as many summary fields as you like. The data would have to all come from the same table though.

Alternatively, you can create an Attributes section on the C360.

Hi @jean.nairon I appreciate the response. This is specifically referring to what we can show in the Zendesk connector. The view for that was set up via “UI Views” > “Customer360”. I see the new documentation here but there is no info on what the actual Gainsight widget will look like in Zendesk: https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Connectors_(Horizon_Experience)/Support_Systems/Zendesk_Connector

Hi @ana_g - there’s a few screen shots of it online. The Gainsight widget in Zendesk looks like this. It’s all the stuff on the right side of the screen.

@jean.nairon where in NXT do you configure that view?

Hi @ana_g - it’s based off of the default C360 layout. There’s no way to change which layout is shown in Zendesk in Nxt. Here’s more details on it from support:
