We have had different reports that some Salesforce users are not able to see the Gainsight Widget on the account page. Do you need to have a specific set of permissions or license?

View originalOk. Please add these 2 Gainsight Standard and/or Gainsight Special Permission sets and try, it should work.
Yes - we are trying for users to be able to see the C360 and timeline associated with the account.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
