Option to change a Subject field in the Activity TimelineResponse from Customer
We have a Subject field on the existing Log a Call in Salesforce that is a drop-down with our own custom values. The Subject field in Gainsight is just a free form text field. How do we get the values from the SF Subject drop-down to show in the GS Subject field? Also, if we are to implement this change, what is the best approach to avoiding overwriting the existing Log a Call subjects that have already been entered in GS? So basically, Subject on Activities is a special "combo" field that acts as both a Text and a Picklist field. You can modify the fixed list of subjects by going to Setup > Customize > Activities > Task Fields > Subject Also, if you want to enforce the picklist side of the Subject field and not allow users to enter their own Text subject, you could create a validation rule: But when coming to Gainsight Activity timeline: Subject field, it is a normal text field.
Syncing CTA status "In Progress" with task statusResponse from Customer
Our team often indicates "In Progress" for one or more CTA tasks. Which they then have to also update the overall CTA status. It would be a nice UI feature to have the CTA automatically update to "In Progress" when any task was set to this.
Using fiscal quarter in the MDAResponse from Customer
Hello I did some due diligence, looked in Community and Support, asked GS Support, so I think my understanding and request are good. If you are reporting against a SFDC object, you have the option to add filters for "Current Calendar Quarter" or "Current Fiscal Quarter", which can be very different for some orgs. However, when targeting an MDA object for reporting, I can only do "Current Quarter", which shows CALENDAR YEAR only. Can we add an option for Fiscal Year?

Hello, I'm working with a customer who is wanting the ability to unsubscribe their customers from Copilot outreaches. Currently, the only way to accomplish this is for the email recipient to unsubscribe via the email link. Is there any future plan to allow users to unsubscribe their customers from Copilot Outreaches via the Gainsight UI? Thanks
Export CTAs and Tasks in one reportResponse from Customer
I know it’s possible to export both the CTAs and Task details, but these come through as separate files. Would like to be able to export one file which includes CTAs with all details, and the corresponding tasks nested under these (and also have the columns in a useful order rather than alphabetical).
Time Tracker for Activity DurationResponse from Customer
It would be awesome to have a time tracker (much like Zendesk's Time Tracking app) for the duration field in a timeline activity. My CX team currently enters the duration manually and would help them and managers with accurate reporting on how long their activities are.
Rule Setup Action Load to SFDC Object (NPS Survey Responses) Possible?Response from Customer
Hi all, we track NPS data in our saas tool and I tried to implement the reports in Gainsight but we are not able to fit the requirements for the NPS Survey Responses object. (account Id etc) I uploaded the NPS data to an NPS raw object in Gainsight. I used a bionic rule to transform the data BUT I'm not able to load this data to the NPSSurvey Responses object. This object is not available in the settings for action type "Load to SFDC object". Do you have an idea how to load this data to the NPS Survey Responses object?? Thanks for your help, Christian
[Enhancement] Abilty to force a Success Plan Name Schema when creating new success plansResponse from Customer
It would be helpful to provide functionality when a Success Plan is created you could format the name oin a semi-automate fashion...such as: Success Plan Type “Get to Green” Date is 2020-05-20 The Success Plan Name could fill with: Abatement May 20, 2020 That the user could then add a suffix to. Don’t forced this to all (PLEASE), but make it a possibility.
Initiate Rule Chain based on S3 ImportResponse from Customer
Is it possible to create a rule chain that is triggered by a S3 Import? I want to run a CTA that only runs right after a certain S3 Rule has run. I’m sure I can do this using ‘Import Date’ fields but being able to create a rule chain would be much easier. Thanks!
Mass Edit and Delete Options Not Available for Success PlansResponse from Customer
Our team has begun to utilize success plans more often and have hit a couple of major road blocks compared to CTA administration. 1. There isn't a rule option to delete or close success plans 2. We can use mass edit to change the assignees for the individual objectives but there is no way to mass edit/update the plan owner These two issues have made it pretty cumbersome to manage existing success plans.
Allow admin to select Company Person Connector upsert keyResponse from Customer
Need the ability to select more than just the email address as the upsert key on the the Company Person connector job. Probably works great if you have clean upstream Contact data, but unfortunately we don’t and it’s out of CS control at this point. Getting a lot of “duplicate” failures in the sync job because, yes, we have duplicate contacts on SFDC records. But because of these duplicate failures, the “wrong” contacts are getting synced to Company Person causing discrepancies.I believe there are other admins out there with a similar need, for various use cases.Should be up to the Admin to select the Upsert Key/Key Combination for their particular environment.
Using Currency ISO Code in Rules Engine.Response from Customer
If Currecy ISO code is pulled in to a bionice rule, we are not allowing customer to use this in a merge. The field is not present, and after this we go to global currency. We would like to see the option to be able to pull this field into the merge of the rule. This seems to become an issue when we are trying to use this in the action. We would like to see the same ability that can be used in a single fetch, which will allow you to use the Currency ISO Code.

NXT developed rules with salesforce sourced lookup object fetch or filter fields are not x-org migrated.We are following a culture where any new project developments are approved for Gainsight to be developed and tested in sandbox tenant first without implementing directly in production instance.At times we stuck to see many rules having sfdc cross object lookup fields or filter fields not migrating with in NXT tenants via x-org.
Rounding up on percentages vs decimals in reportsResponse from Customer
Hello,Is there a way to round up on the percetages dispalying instead of having decimals in our reports.For ex, we have a pie graph that shows Sum of ARR by Stage.The ARR field is set to ‘display 0 decimal places’. Yet the results display with decimals instead of rounding. Any insight would be appreciated.
[Feature Request] Support For Cockpit Calendar Integration For Organizations That Require 3rd Party ApprovalResponse from Customer
Posting on Behalf of a Customer. In this case when doing the outlook calendar integration, due to organization setting, user gets a prompt to request approval from an internal IT Team. Once user gets approved by that team, code is received. The issue that is found is that once the authentication code is received, doing “click to authenticate” again in NXT, shows the request approval window again. Given this cycle, user is not able to fully complete authentication. As it is mentioned to be not supported right now, hence this post for feature enhancement for this use case.
RFE: Different Color coding schemesResponse from Customer
We need the ability to use different color coding schemes for different metrics/scores. For example, we use a 5 color graduated color scheme for most scorecard scores but require a different 3 color scheme for an external NPS score to match what is used internally. Currently only a single color scheme is used globally.

Import/export Success Plans in R360 for accounts with common fields and information from a .csv or .xlsx file..Response from Customer
I have a two sets of ten accounts that require Success Plans, each with the same information. I would like to ability to create one Success Plan with all the common fields, then export it and import it into as many new records as I need to.My Gainsight Admin tells me this is not possible today with Gainsight NXT and that it would need to be a product request.It would save me hours upon hours of endless copy/pasting the same information into different records over and over again.I used this feature with BMC’s Remedy product when I was a Remedy Admin back in the 1990’s (ssssshhhhh).Thank you for your consideration.
Ability to adjust the content which exporting the Dashboard as PPTResponse from Customer
Hi There, One of the customer is facing an issue where on the dashboard page it shows full Legend list which is 10 but when exported it shows 8, due to size of PPT . Can be have the abilty atleast to pull the data which is shown on the dashboard? Toggle on/off rule scheduling suggestions.Response from Customer
Posting on behalf of customer.During rule configuration if you have fetch’s that don’t have any filters rules engine will display tooltip suggestion to make the rule more efficient. Some use cases don’t require filters on the fetch and having multiple of these suggestions on the page can cause the page to appear cluttered. It would be helpful to have a toggle to turn these suggestions on/off.

Hey Product team,I would like to formally request for a copy feature for the objective within success plan. I was part of the success plan beta testing and did not see this feature. However I have discussed this enhancement previously and thought it would have been added to the new success plan. USE CASE: We do a new success plan every year with annual goals are clients are working on. This helps us understand what our clients are working for the year and how to direct our marketing, product, etc. efforts for the year. Allow split string formula in Rules EngineResponse from Customer
I've come across a scenario where I need to parse out values contained in a multipicklist and have discovered that I don't have a good way of doing this in the Rules Engine. I can do a LEFT substring and a RIGHT substring, but for any scenario where the value is A;B;C;D - I don't have a way to grab the B and C values. Can we please introduce a split string formula to take care of this use case?
