Increase UI View limit of synced participants in the programDeprecation Planned
Hi Team, It would be great if we can increase the UI View limit of synced participants. Current limit to view the participants (after synced) is up to 1000 records. Let;'s say if there are more than 1000 records, it's bit difficult to view them or knock off until you know their names or email to search in the bar. Steps to repreoduce: a) Build a query to load more than 1000 participants b) Run the participant sync c) Navigate to the participant where they will be in review state d) Scroll down and you will see limit as "View 1 - 100 of 1,000" On a side note, if we have button to download the complete list of synced participants that would be awesome. Because build a report on AO participant object will not end up in showing custom fields used in the program mapping. Best, Hardik
Gainsight Connect Global ScheduleDeprecation Planned
As we use Gainsight Connect more and more, I think it would improve the admin experience to have a global schedule as opposed to having the schedules need to be created individually. Is this something that has been considered or is there a technical reason to have them only available to schedule individually?
Set NPS comment to RequiredDeprecation Planned
We've just launched our first NPS survey through Gainsight. Unfortunately, it's impossible to set the "comments" section of the question to Required. We strongly value that feedback from our customers. (We customize the header for that comments box to be, "What is the most important reason for your response to Question #1?") Given how important that information is for us, we want it to be required, [i]and we want it to be populated in the "comments" section of the NPS widget in the C360, so that it's highly visible to the CSMs. If I make it into a separate question, so that I can set it as required, then it will not be populated into that spot in the C360.
Email notifications for S3 drops should read betterDeprecation Planned
When I drop a file manually in S3, sometimes I forget a small step and the file fails. That is fine, but the email notification says successful. It should read better to say the error. I have to go look at the execution logs to see what was the issue. It is misleading and hard to filter out errors vs successes.
[Feature Request] Allow NPS Gauge Color Scale Be Modified.Deprecation Planned
Posting on behalf of customer. Currently the gauge looks like this. Use case here is that an organization has different parameters judging whats considered green for NPS , same concept with scorecards where a green color covers a set value range.
Advance Outreach custom mappingDeprecation Planned
Good morning all, I've been working on Advanced Outreaches with a customer and I've learned a few interesting "gotchas" while doing some troubleshooting. One of the big ones involves the use of custom mappings in the participant list. In our use case, the user wanted to custom map the "TAM Email" and use it in the "To:" email address in the escalation email. In the standard mapping, there's not a field for "TAM" or "CSM" email, and so the user's though was that it would need to be custom mapped. What we learned was that when we custom map an email-type field, it's output is actually a string-type field, which prevents us from using it in the "To:" of the escalation email. The workaround is to map the standard "Manual Email Address" to "TAM (Primary) Email" and use "Manager Email" in your "To:" field, but I can definitely see how this would cause confusion for users. Custom SFDC Picklist should sync to MDA dropdown list via GS ConnectDeprecation Planned
[On behalf of Customer] It seems like Gainsight Connect for picklist only synchronize 'Customer Stage' and 'Customer Status' values from SFDC to MDA. Can we have a feature to have Custom SFDC picklist automatically sync via GS Connect to MDA dropdown.
Playbooks: Include comments field in SearchDeprecation Planned
