Manual CTA for multiple accountsAcknowledged
Apply CTA for multiple accounts Manually. Scenario: if a user has to go through a process of adding a CTA manually and has to replicate this for all the accounts that he/she is responsible for, currently the only way is to get into a Customer360 page for all the accounts and create the CTA or through the Cockpit Tab. It would be easier/convenient (flexibility) if the user is allowed to select multiple accounts from a drop down while creating the CTA.
Horizon Analytics feedbackAcknowledged
Not sure the best way to give feedback on Horizon Analytics since I don’t believe it is technically still in Beta… so will start this thread to capture as I am kicking the tires on it. When I try to access Custom Colors in the new UI, I open an existing entry and the data never loads (this was done in an Incognito browser window, so it’s not cache) When drilling down into a report from a dashboard, the “Analyze Report” button should not appear for users that do not have access to Report Builder. When a non-privileged user clicks that button, they get a “403 Access Denied/Forbidden” error. This will result in numerous tickets sent to admin teams saying there is a problem or requesting access. This should be disabled for all users that do not have access to Report Builder. Exporting data out of GainsightAcknowledged
Hello Everyone, I would like to know if you are looking to export data from Gainsight into any BI application (like Power BI, Looker, etc.) or Data warehouse (like Snowflake, Azure Data lake, etc). Please leave your comments below. Your inputs will help us in creating a roadmap for this.
Have the ability to clone success plans.Acknowledged
It would be cool to have the ability to clone a success plan and then manually assign that plan to either the account that you clone the success plan from or to a totally separate account. You could use this if you manually create a success plan and like the layout but your use case isn't valid enough to create a whole rule around it.
Time tracking integrationsAcknowledged
Does anyone know of or have suggestions for simple project management time tracking solutions that integrate with Gainsight/Salesforce? Ideally we'd have a button associated with each CTA/task that starts and stops a timer then loads the time to a field in that CTA/task. I understand that is a bit of a pipedream, but the closer we can get to it the better. Thanks!
Ability to edit all Timeline entriesAcknowledged
Currently, the only user that can edit a Timeline entry is the user that created said entry. It would be good if there was some kind of permission that would allow an admin to edit all Timeline entries, regardless of who created it. Is there anything like this on the roadmap?
Be able to add milestones from TimelineAcknowledged
First of all, love the Timeline interface! However, what is a timeline for, if not milestones? It would be great if Milestones added elsewhere were visible here, but even better would be if we could add Milestones as an option for the type of Activity logged.
Create CTAs in the Mobile AppAcknowledged
Hey guys, I'm posting this on behalf of a customer who mentioned that she thought it would be good if users could create CTAs from the mobile app. She says that her users are not in front of their computers all of the time but that she thinks that the usability of the app would be greatly improved if users had the ability to do more than just observe Gainsight through the mobile app. Thanks! -Tom
Ability for Admin to Login in as a User in NXTAcknowledged
Currently, we (admins) are able to log in as a different user via Salesforce in order to troubleshoot but this is not a feature in NXT. We are planning on moving some of our users who do not need Salesforce licenses to Cloud only access which will vastly limit the amount of troubleshooting I can do on my end when end users have issues. It’d be great if this feature was available for super admins in NXT.
Ability to update multiple timelines at once?Acknowledged
I have over 40 clients in GS and often make an update to multiple client sites at once. Is there a way to mass update the accounts in GS with the changes made? We are encouraged to keep notes in GS for our clients but if I have to go into 40 Timelines to post the exact same update, it is ridiculously time consuming. Suggestions?
Ability to change CTA types and reasonsAcknowledged
I have worked with multiple customers lately who have been restructuring the Type and Reasons of CTAs framework and would like to know if it is possible to change the Type of some specific Reasons that they have today. For instance, one Reason called "MMM" which is in Type = All and would like to have it in the Type = Event As of now this is not possible, is there any thought to have this ability in the future? Possibly in Mass?
While it is possible to create a new success plan via the rules engine, it would be great to be able to update it or the Success Plan table as well. This would allow us to keep users in one place instead of having to jump back and forth between systems to make sure they have the most up to date information. Additionally, this would allow us to add additional details to a Success Plan and how it is tracking towards completion based on how we define progress (weighted values for each Objective)
Queries as Exclusion ListAcknowledged
If Journey Orchestrator is moving towards allowing for Bionic Queries to be created outside of a Program, I'd like to request that BQ can also be used as an exclusion list. Every program I run, I have to include a dataset task that looks for anyone that already entered that program in the last 180 days, then merge it, then transformation task the results. Every. Program. It's really not intuitive to build exclusion criteria into a query. It's an extra step that would be much easier to solve for if I had a separate query 'Entered Progam in X days', and then select that list under exclusions (which is how any other email tool works).
Set Display Name for Reports in DashboardAcknowledged
We have a number of different dashboards which ultimately have the same types of reports on them, but for different filters. I’d like to have the names of the reports which are shown on these dashboards as simple as possible, e.g. “Customer List”, “By Health”, “By Stage” but I cannot save multiple reports with the same name (to satisfy each dashboard view) so have to instead add extra information which is not needed in the dashboard view (as that’s implored via the dashboard name itself), and can often mean that the names for widgets are cut off due to the length. Ideally would be able to set a different display name for the report on the dashboard itself.
Add Template to Mass EditAcknowledged
I do the same exact mass edit multiple times a week (close CTAs for reps who have left the company). It would be great if I could have a drop down template to show the mass edit criteria i specify. I tried to create a rule to close CTAs for inactive reps but since the CTAs all have different Types and Reasons it does not work.
Company Person Lookup in Success PlansAcknowledged
Hi folks, Currently, when setting up a Company Person Lookup on a Success Plan, we do not have the option to Display the name associated, since the Display Field dropdown option only shows fields associated with the object designated on the field’s lookup - in this case, Company Person - whereas the Name is on the Person object. Using the Person object for the field instead limits our abilities to Filter the field to only show results related to the Company. It’s kind of funny since the Search Fields allow for the associated object lookup fields to be used, so this seems like an oversight. Our workaround solution for the time being will likely be to create an additional Name field on the Company Person object that gets populated by a Rule. This can lead to many issues, such as time delay discrepancies based on the Connector and the Rule, as well as duplication causing reporting confusion by other admins. Create a dark/night mode for GainsightAcknowledged
I'm not sure if this is on the roadmap, but I'm finding a lot more applications are coming with out with night mode, or dark mode. I'm wondering if Gainisght has any plans to do so in the future. The white background with grey/blue text is hard to read at times and I have to keep my brightness extremely low to use Gainsight at times.
Team,When we add a new custom boolean field on the CTA task layout, it is appearing as a dropdown menu with options of None, True and False. We do not see an option to make this a checkbox. Can we implement this future in roadmap?
