Enhanced(special character) parameter support on 'embedded' page options.Current Functionality
We have many workflows that require CSMs to submit information for an account via a google form for notification to other departments outside of Gainsight. I’ve tried to add a google form within the embed option on a customer-360 so they can action on an account’s submission in one place instead of leaving Gainsight to do so w/ the ability to auto-populate the form with relevant information already in Gainsight. In order to auto-complete the form fields you need to align a parameter with a value in the embed options. Unfortunately, gforms parameter fields include special characters, of which is not currently supported in Gainsight NXT after hearing from Support’s : “Currently parameter names doesn't support special characters other than underscore (_).” So the request is to support special characters in the parameters fields of an embedded page.
Format distorted when Timeline Activity is posted from Rules Engine to SlackCurrent Functionality
Hi There, So this is one of the use-case I have received from one of the customer that while trying to post Timeline Activity from Rules Engine to Slack by using Action :: Call External API .The Data posted has formatting issues. So this is the configuration that I have - And the Note field in Activity Timeline object is a Rich TextArea and the payload field that be have configured( in Administration > Operations > External Actions. )is a normal String field, hence html tags are also getting posted. When we fire the rule - So Is there a way to handle this currently? If not, then can this be added to the road map? Thanks ~S
Ability for Users to create recurring CTACurrent Functionality
Hi Gainsight Team,Our CSM’s would like the ability to create recurring CTAs for recurring engagements they have with their customers. Depending on the customer, they may have a different cadence set. It would be great if it could function similar to recurring calendar features where you could do the following:Setup a recurring CTA for a period of time (maybe up to 6 or 12 months?)Recurring CTA can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, bi-monthly. Monthly and bi-monthly meetings fall on the same day in the month - e.g. 3rd Tue of each month | 2nd Thu of other month.Ability to delete a recurring series of CTAsAbility to change the cadence of a whole set of CTAs - which might require a full delete / new set of recurring CTAsAbility to delete or change the date for just one CTA - happens often From an Admin standpoint, it would be helpful to assign this setting to a certain CTA Type so CSMs can create recurring events for certain engagements, not all. Filter on boolean attribute = falseCurrent Functionality
We need to be able to filter data on boolean attribute = false in rules engine as well as in report builder. We use boolean attributes for a variety of purposes, such as indicating whether or not a user/account uses a product or whether they’re opted out from CS comms. We build rules based on boolean attributes and sometimes, we’ll need to filter for values where it is set to false… but we can’t according to Support. This is a huge product gap… Please add this to the roadmap.

Deactivate PlaybooksCurrent Functionality
Would be great if there was a way to deactivate a playbook. We're getting to the point where we need to do some clean up of our playbooks, and we don't want to delete them because a) we then lose reporting on them and b) we might need them again. Would like to be able to move them to an inactive state where they would still be there, but they wouldn't show up in the list when selecting one for a CTA, etc.
Match values in Adoption explorer without case sensitivtiyCurrent Functionality
Hi Team, Posting this enhancement request on behalf of customer.When a source data for an identifier for instance email is having case insensitive data at source and is loaded into Gainsight, that particular data wouldn’t be resolved at 360 level and will be invisible since the query looks for case insensitive data.In order to make sure that data is resolved at 360 pages, customer would have to make sure that whatever is the case in Gainsight is matched with Source data. For instance if I have email as Jagadeesh@gainsight.com in source and in Gainsight this email is firstname.lastname@example.org this data will not be correlated since the casing is different in both places.It would be great if we can support case insensitive matching via backend querying to show them for corresponding company 360 pages. Report Builder (HA) should default to 0 decimals when aggregation is appliedCurrent Functionality
Today the default for an aggregated field is 5 decimal places? Maybe I am alone on this one but I will never use any more than 2 - most rounded up to 0 decimals. Feel like the default should be 0 or max of 2 to account for currencies. Anyone else feel the same?
Import tableau visualizations to Gainsight DashboardCurrent Functionality
Hi Team, One of my customer was looking to import visualizations created in tableau intogainsight dashboard. Business use case is purely that the visualizations available in Tableau are far more advanced than gainsight currently. It would be great for user to be able to report on the gainsight data in Tableau, and then import back the visualizations that CSMs can use in presentations with customers, as well as a more palatable visualization for reporting important metrics.
[Shared C360] Be Able to Control OTP by Customer/External UserCurrent Functionality
Posting on behalf of a customer. It is found that for some customers of customer, certain secure organizations seems to have a cookie/cache policy that causes an issue (having OTP enabled) where when Shared C360 is open “No Data Available” is shown. Although Enabling OTP is good, for certain issue customers, it be good to have an option to be able to disable OTP for them manually on send.
Custom Colors On Reports Built Off DataspacesCurrent Functionality
Customer is requesting that we have the ability to be able to change label colors for reports built off Dataspaces. For example, Passives are showing up Red and Detractors are showing up Green. Not sure how I didn’t notice before, but I think the GS documentation should be explicit on the difference between ANY and ALL USERS in filters. Or really, ANY vs ALL as it likely is relevant in any context. Double click as a usability enhancement to drag and dropCurrent Functionality
At times, when u try to drag and drop a field it doesn't get dropped to the specific place so you have to drag that field again and drop it. This happens rarely but does happen. Any user who at a crunch time has to prepare a report can face this issue when things are done in a hurry. This double click functionality can help save time during that crucial period.All the users can be benefitted and modules across the product can be benefitted with this functionality.Both the functionalities can coexist!!
Data Designer - Promote Number of Records Shown Toggle in UICurrent Functionality
I don’t know what memo I missed, but I just now discovered that this button in table view of Data Designer is what determines how many and which records you see in any data designer visualization you run for that report. This seems pretty obvious now but I’ve only started using DD again recently and was very puzzled on some of the DD behaviour. My request is to not limit this to the table view, but have it persistant across every visualization type so you can easily change if you’re seeing 50, 100 or 200 records, and which “page” of the results you’re seeing. Not only does this make it easier to use but it would make it more obvious to people that you’re only seeing an extremely limited portion of your records at any given time. In my view, Gainsight should always tell you explicitly when you’re seeing a limited data set regardless of where you are or what you’re doing.

Hi team, We often create custom objects to bring together data from multiple standard/ system objects for various customer usecases. For example, to merge data from Timeline and SuccessPlan together. In these cases, we are pulling all the required fields from both Timeline and SuccessPlan objects. Instead, if there’s a lookup on to these objects based on the GSID field, we can pull the required fields based on the available lookups. Our custom objects and rules become very compact if GSID is utilised fully for cases like these.
Ability to Customize Slack Notifications to Individual CSMs via JO/Rules Engine (think custom alerts)Current Functionality
Our CSMs are big users of Slack and are more likely to act on a Slack notification than an email that gets lost in the inbox. While I see that there are out of the box notifications available in NXT, is there a way to create custom notifications to appear when usage drops or a client health score changes, etc? Is there a way to remove the Comments section from the R360 Summary Section?Current Functionality
I like the new Summary Section that was added in the Aug 25 release for R360 but we now have Comments in the Summary Section and the Account Details Section. I could remove the Comments in the Account Details section but I would prefer to remove from the Summary Section. Is there a way to do this?
