We have a program that sends usage emails to customers on a monthly basis. I would love to have 1 email be logged to timeline for the monthly utilization for each customer. And I said only one email, as we don’t need to have each and every email that was sent out (for each stakeholder) rather have a way to trace back the usage data sent out to customers for historical purposes. Also, it would be ideal to have the option to send the usage email for a company in 1 email - for all stakeholders - rather than having individual emails sent to each of them. Home "My Portfolio" by layoutAcknowledged
We can now create different Home configurations for different user roles. I was creating one for the CSM Managers, and they would like to have CSM in My Portfolio which makes sense for them, but is not needed for the CSM view. I noticed that My Portfolio is the same on all configurations. It would be helpful to be able to change My Portfolio by layout as which fields are important to show varies by role. Also, that would allow us to make some editable for some roles, but not for others.

we have a few use cases where having the ability to write to Gainsight timeline in bulk would be highly useful Examples: If a CSM leaves PatientPop without notice, we would like to bulk upload an account transition note into timeline for all of their accounts at once rather than one by one. If a CSM gives their notice, we'd like to bulk upload their account transition notes into timeline using a spreadsheet rather then have them tediously click through each account individually. When we receive a survey response from a customer to our various CSAT, NPS and product surveys, we'd like to automatically record the score/verbatim feedback into timeline.
Question. Is it possible to report on the "Drafts" in Timeline by User? [Email to Timeline]Acknowledged
Hi everyone! I'm currently loving email to timeline, as it's helping us ensure that we're getting communication into the system! But we're running into users that aren't exactly staying up to date on reviewing their 'Drafts' in Global Timeline. So, I was wondering how are others managing the ensuring that their users are reviewing their 'drafts' sections? Ideally, I would like a report that the managers can review to speak with their teams - but I'm not finding where that would be stored... As always, THANK YOU! :)
I have a requirement where in I need to show the percentages of emails clicks and open rate of emails delivered through a program (AO Analytics object) and this is useful when representing them in Dashboard as the percentages speaks more than numbers. Even though we show them under Program analytics tab, but needs to report using report builder. Could you please advise.
Make Timeline + Calendar widget expandableAcknowledged
I also find it annoying that the Timeline + Calendar widget is not expandable.We’re limited to this very slim and narrow window which is not a great experience when reviewing a whole host of timeline activities.Would simply like to make it wider!
GS Assist Gmail Plugin - activity date/time matches email metadata instead of date/time of email being loggedAcknowledged
Using the GS Assist Gmail Plug-in, when logging an email thread, or a received inbound email from a customer (not when logging from the Compose window), the Activity Date/Time that syncs back to GS Timeline is the date/time the email was logged, not the date/time the email was received. Meaning, that if a customer emailed me on November 10, and I was out of office that day, so I logged it to timeline on November 11 when I was back in office, the activity date/time for the email activity in timeline would show as November 11. My request is for the date/time on the activity logged in Gainsight match the email metadata of when the email was received.

It's marked as "implemented," but I would argue that it's not really implemented. It's just telling customers to get in touch with their CSM to export all their usage data out of GonG. That's more of a workaround than a solution. I'd like to see us allow admins to access their usage data within their system out of the box as soon as they turn on the G360. Reason I bring this up is we get semi-frequent CSA requests from customers wanting our team to put together custom usage reports that they're unable to configure in the G360. This takes up quite a bit of time for our team and likely is frustrating for our customers too. If we could just let customers configure their own reports, it would be a win-win.
Dashboard Alias - Rename Dashboard WidgetsAcknowledged
I wish it were possible to rename dashboard reports to something besides the report name. I use very descriptive report names so I may distinguish them from one another, e.g.: “Renewals by Count and MRR $ CY and NY”. This coding doesn’t necessarily resonate on my executive dashboard :) Any consideration for being able to alias a dashboard widget to something cleaner than report name?

Can we tokenize pictures in Email Assist? I know we can add one as needed but the use case is the following: Customer wants to send the pics of multiple stakeholders who will be working with the customer, RM, AM, CSM etc and these can vary based on the customer. Customer A can have RM 1, CSM 1 and AM 1 whereas customer B can have RM 2, CSM2 and AM 2.
It is currently possible to have Support increase the operational email limit from 5k up to 40k but this is not possible for orgs on NXT. Are there any plans to allow this for NXT in the near future? This seems like an arbitrarily low limit given that this is already possible in SFDC and requires admins to break programs into batches. If you have thousands of customers with multiple contacts, we’re talking multiple batches!
We can create Success Plans using rules. We can close Success Plan objectives using rules. But we can't close or change the status of Success Plans using rules. I think having the ability to close Success Plans using the rules engine would be beneficial. We could close the success plans based on specific usage data or healthscores, we could automatically close success plans if a client decides to cancel, we could change the status of the success plan depending on certain fields we build out, etc etc. We can use rules to create success plans... it makes sense for us to have the ability to close success plans using rules as well.
Hi Team! It seems that the current state of the Google Big Query requires that the connector to be re-authorized in order to refresh the views and fields available to the connector. This is not ideal as it makes changing and validating the ingestion of data into Gainsight very cumbersome and manual. The idea is that going forward it would be great if refreshing the available views/fields was automatic like with other connectors. Thanks! -Will

Incoming wall of text - Email Assist 2.0 (formerly known as Email from Anywhere) starts a countdown on the life of the MDA object Email Logs. Meaning, asset/process referencing that object will need to point to Email Log v2. This post has a couple of requests for Gainsight @andutta or @Cornelia some help getting this to the right people please :)). Below is a table of what I have mapped so far. While most of the fields are pretty self explanatory, I thought it would be helpful to map the fields from one object to their equivalent in the other, for easier reference. Note that I’m not 100% on all of these. My requests to Gainsight are:Can someone from Gainsight validate/correct the below table? If in the meantime anyone from the community wants to contribute with a confirmation, correction or addition please feel free to do so and I will make updates when I can. CTA Linked Objects to Multiple RecordsAcknowledged
It would be great to have multiple records linked to a CTA. This would be helpful as we have some CTAs fire for the the an aggregation of time to help not overwhelm the CSMs cockpit. For example, being able to have multiple survey responses linked to on CTA based on the Company ID so that the CSM can receive 1 CTA but can follow up to multiple responses.
While workarounds exist, they are not ideal and have limitations. Journey Orchestrator would be greatly improved if a baked-in ability on the feature existed that allowed you to skip weekends for time periods (conditional waits, static timers, etc).Related articles:

There was a recent update to allow admins to configure custom views for cockpit for End Users. When will this awesome feature be available for timeline? Would be great to set these up ahead of time to reduce burden for CSMs who wont know how data is organized in Gainsight to select fields, Thanks!

Hi Team, We have a customer who is creating SFDC connector using custom domain as "https://********.lightning.force.com/" Due to this, we are unable to authorize connector and resulting in "Token null - Authorization failed" issue. As a workaround, we are using "https://*******.my.salesforce.com/" as "custom domain" and it works fine.
