When can we expect Gainsight support within EMEA timezones? :-)

My interaction with support & everyone else on the Gainsight team has been nothing short of fabulous! Only issue is waiting for y'all to wake up. Any thoughts of expanding support globally? Cheers!

Nicole/Cristina, Thanks for the comments! As our customer base expands globally, we are looking into options to provide support for EMEA timezones. We don't have a plan in place but we are open to the idea. Right now we are offering round the clock coverage to customers who have bought a Premier Package.
