UI bug when going to a 403 page

Related products: CS Timeline

I saw this issue today when I was take to a 403 page. There were multiple menu items that appeared on the right. They all functioned correctly but there’s a few too many.

This is in the SFDC version. I saw this page when I tried to look at a Timeline activity that I do not have access too.

Thanks for bringing this up Jean. We’ll get this looked at ASAP.

@jean.nairon I have created a support ticket. Our team will get back to you.

Hi, how was this resolved? I have a user that is now having this issue.  Thanks

Did this ever get resolved? Currently working with gainsight support but have had no luck this past week.

Yes, I figured it by looking through this doc

 https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/01Onboarding_and_Implementation/Onboarding_for_Gainsight_NXT/Login_and_Permissions/User_License_Management#Gainsight_License_Types

I updated the user from ‘App Access’ to ‘Data Access’

This solved the issue for that user.

Oh Got it. I think I will have to reach out to support then. We are getting this same error but it’s happening for Super Admin within a Salesforce Sandbox connected to a Gainsight Sandbox.
