In the new Success Plan view, there is now way to open a success plan in a new tab or window - right click and open in new tab or CTRL click doesn’t work (I use this all the time in Gainsight when it doesn’t do it automatically). This is particularly troublesome when I’m using a filter on the Success Plan tab and I want to return to the filtered list after drilling into a success plan. I don’t want to create a saved view to achieve this.
So what happens is that I filter the list, then click into a success plan, then when i close the SP, i don’t get returned to the filtered list. Instead, I am returned to the unfiltered list.
Thank you for the feedback. Making the filters sticky on success plan list view or having a link to open success plan in new tab would useful. Upvotes will help prioritise this feature in future roadmaps.
