We are wanting to make an “annual summary” of the CSM’s activity utilizing Success Snapshots, but currently it only filters by Company and Relationship. It would be helpful to add by “User”. This could be used then in CSM performance reviews etc as their goals are tied to ensuring they are using the system to log interactions with customers
