Scorecard comments for System Created Scores

We use several rules to update Scorecard measures and request CSMs to update the comments if the score is RED/Yellow. If the CSMs comment on the Rule/System Generated update there is no way to Tag it to the account at present. A CSM has to create an additional activity in order for there comments to get  register for any reporting/CTA creation etc.


Either we need to read these comments or stop commenting all together on System generated updates this adds to confusion and in-efficiency for both Admins/CSMs
