Scorecard comment is not getting reflected in Dashboard reports when timeline pane is opened

Hi Team,

I am posting this on behalf of a customer.

When we add a unified scorecard fact object report in a Dashboard and enable comments for the scorecard fact, we have the feasibility to create timeline comments and see the comments in the enabled comments field.

Here when we try to create a timeline activity a new timeline pane is opened up in back which is waiting for the new timeline to be created.

If this timeline pane is closed either by clicking on close button or by clicking on elsewhere on the screen the comment created isn’t getting reflected on Dashboard report.

In order for the comment to be reflected end users must make sure to not accidentally close the pane by clicking elsewhere on screen or close the pane.

This would be a difficult thing when it comes to carrying out day to day activities by a CSM.

Please take a look into this feedback and implement a enhancement for a smooth experience to end users.

Thanks for sharing. We will look into it.

@jagadeesh_kumar_paidimarri We are currently not supporting drafts in scorecard timeline, but it is part of our roadmap, and will be made available soon. Closing the timeline composer will send the post to a draft status, and users can access these to save them later.
