This is a feedback I would like to share on-behalf of one client.
While listing the email for the notification, if you first copy/paste the list of email with leading or trailing spaces the system commits it with that email address and when email is triggered it gets bounced.
Now, if you hit re-save, the system strips of the spaces and then commit that back without any space.
Can we have the system do that in the very beginning not when we re-save it?
Initially -
“ abc@gainsight.com”, “xyz@gainsight.com”
After re-save -
“abc@gainsight.com”, “xyz@gainsight.com”
