"Role" on NPS dashboard is not SF Contact Role

On the NPS dashboard, there is an option to filter responses by "Role". Role is assumed to be Salesforce Contact Role. However, the "role" in Gainsight is actually hard-coded to map to the Salesforce Contact Title field. The Title field is a text field and can be anything. We use Contact Role to standardize the selection for NPS surveys to be Exec Sponsor, Decision Maker, etc. It would be helpful to update Role to be configurable so I may map it to any Salesforce field. I want the ability to report on NPS responses by Role such as Exec Sponsor vs Influencer. I attempted to attach the image but it won't upload.
