Report / filter on CTAs with Email Templates used

Currently as standard in the product we don’t have a way to report / filter on email templates used in a CTA.

 

Example would be “show me all CTAs w/ email template ‘Survey Followup’ being used”

 

Now this would also be a bit more complicated when multiple Email Assist steps are being used with different templates but currently we don’t have a good way to bring in that data to the CTA itself. This would be super helpful for customers looking to do this.
