One of our CSMs mentioned that it would be helpful to have an overall timeline view as well as the individual timeline view on the C360. She thought that would be a good way to review what you'd been working on recently with your leader or have an overall view of your work recently.

My original note about whether or not the former could be accomplished via reports/dashboard was primarily meant to say if engineering is going to spend their time on something, is this more valuable/higher priority than other items such as integrating with Google Calendar/Mail, etc. or enhancements to CS360 functions such as evolving Success Snapshots? Don't know how your engineering teams are split up, just thinking overall timeline may not be quite as rewarding as adding other features that would be higher ROI for CSMs.
