Posting this request on behalf of a customer.
Currently when a related list is configured on standard salesforce objects like opportunity,case etc, and when record types are enabled in user’s org, creation of new records within this C360 page for corresponding records are not hiding record types that are not applicable to logged in user’s profile.
All the available record types are exposed as the context is taken as Oauth user here in this case.
Expectation here is to hide un-relevant record types that are not applicable to logged in user’s profile.
