Please add the "CTA Due Date" to the "Next Task Due Date" field for CTAs that have no tasks assigned to them.

The addition of the “Next Task Due Date” is a good step toward restoring a sort functionality in the new Horizon Experience Cockpit, but it does not take into account CTAs that have no Tasks.  Currently users have no way to sort ALL of their CTAs and Tasks in the order of a comprehensive due date, losing functionality that existed in the prior Cockpit layout.

Effectively, a CTA without TASKS is a Task itself, and the Due Date of the CTA is the NEXT TASK DUE DATE.  

Please add this to enable a comprehensive sort order for the cockpit that will include CTAs AND Tasks.

I have a client that is creating manual CTAs by adding To Do’s to the Timeline Activities.  Since there are no tasks associated with the To Do, these are being lost in the shuffle.

+1 totally agree, that Next Task Due Date ignores CTAs with no tasks. 

There’s a request to re-instate the task view for Cockpit, and CTAs without any tasks should absolutely be addressed along side this request, or this problem will still persis:

@travis_floyd This is under development and we will be shipping this. If CTA has no tasks, CTA due date will be shown in the “Next task due date” column. We will be renaming the column to “Next action due date”. Thanks.

I’m happy to announce that your request has been implemented in Gainsight NXT (link). The Cockpit Horizon Experience now has new options to sort CTAs and tasks, even when the CTA has no tasks.
