Hi Team,
Customer requested the feature to clone the MDA Object. As a workaround I have mentioned that we can create another object manually (that's a copy of the original) and then transfer all the data with a rule if needed.
Thank you.

Hey@Syam Sunder , thank you for your post. Looping in our Product Manager to take a look and suggest if that workaround works best or if there is any other way to Clone the MDA object.
Hi@Syam Sunder
Can I know why the customer needs to clone the data? Is this as a part of sandbox migrations?
What are the data are they looking to clone? Is it for the standard objects or for custom objects?
Are they open to using the APIs?
Thank you

Hi@anirbandutta @pgeorge
Why would we want to clone? To make a change to an object (i.e. add fields and modify a data feed) without having to mess around with the existing object (and have it as a backup and reference).
Thanks!
A.
+1 on this, need ability to backup for testing or edit without impacts, especially when actions are writing data
