Case correction of customer names in email

Would be great to have Gainsight copilot have the ability to adjust case formatting of customer names by using the equivalent of the ‘proper’ function from excel before sending out the emails

My comment was particularly related to First & Last names of people when they are used as tokens.

Having a Proper Case formula field would be very beneficial in ensuring Program emails sent on behalf of a CSM look as close to accurate as possible.
