Notes and Attachments to reflect similar lists of attachment as in Accounts page related section of SFDC in Gainsight C360

In recent days, we ended up CSMs asking for similar ability where they could attach necessary files using Gainsight c360 layout that we have in Salesforce Accounts related tab “Notes and Attachments” section. 

Functionality helps CSM to look for what contracts they have signed and which contact has to be reached for ease of communication with right customer contacts at need of hours.

We did build a solution having a report on Attachments and link to C360 layout using ParentID field as the customer id lookup. Apparently solution worked, however retained only with direct files to the customer/account id but the lists show up is not exactly as SFDC related tab. Where as, SFDC does reflect files associated even to its contacts task, events, notes etc

I reached to support team of Gainsight and they where directed saying it could be achieved via VFP, but again, managing VFPs developed by internal IT had overlaying issue on Gainsight page layouts and if this feature is developed by Gainsight as embed solution of having it under C360 or even at R360 would be of great deed. 

Can we get this in one of a future releases?

Thank you for sharing this idea. It is indeed a good one. However, we might not able to pick this at this point in time. We may consider it in the future.
