Email assist suggested contacts for parent/child accounts

Working with L2 and a customer we have found that they have accounts setup Parent > Child and when you go to email assist you cannot see the child's contacts from the parent.
This is an issue in the medical industry accounts because the doctors/managers associated with the practice cannot get emails from cockpit/email assist on the Parent account.

1. You can create a custom lookup field "Parent Account" in contact object and load the parent account IDs in it.
2. Then use Associated Contacts config to get the right contacts in CTAs and Email Assist.
In Administration > Calls To Action > Associated Contacts, modify the filters as
Using these filters you will get all contacts from both parent and child accounts.
