Gainsight currently lets you select an activity date in Timeline for a date in the future. One of our CSM managers pointed out that this can be confusing, and can skew data in reports if this is done in error.
I understand there are use cases where this is beneficial so I’m not suggesting completely limiting this ability, but it would great if a) when a timeline activity is created with a future activity date a confirmation popup could appear or b) maybe admins could have the ability to limit how far in the future a timeline activity could be created, or to not allow future activities to be created.
