Journey Orchestrator: Improvements to Monitoring/ Dashboard

We have been using Journey Orchestrator to automate various educational outreaches to our customers. However, the current monitoring is very limited and difficult to see performance across all programs. It would be helpful to have a dashboard that shows us:

  • Number of scheduled programs for the day Run, To Be Run
  • Notification if there are participants pulled into program, but no emails sends
  • Ways to flag if there may be an issue with a query - % of failed participants per query is high, active programs but last email was sent X days ago etc
  • Ability to “categorize” programs like we do for CTAs so that we can pull reports based on category (or folder)
