Edit what picklist the Customer section looks at when creating a CTA

I'm posting this on behalf of a customer that has several accounts with the same name.  Because of this, CSMs are not sure which account they are really selecting when they manually create a CTA.





The thought here is that we have a different section to pull from when assigning a CTA instead of just using CustomerInfo Name, as when you have several accounts with the same name, the drop down list when you search can be confusing.
This impacts us too.  We do have a unique identified (in our case, customer number) but would want to see both name and number in picklist if possible to help distinguish between the multiple accounts).
