Intergration. Anyone use the ticketing platform Help Scout?

Hello! A recent acquisition uses the ticketing software ‘Help Scout’.  Wondering if anyone has experience with that software and integrating or at least importing information from Help Scout to Gainsight.

Hey @sai_ram!  One of our acquisitions uses Help Scout to track their Support tickets, similar to how we use ServiceNow to track our Support Tickets.  And while we have the ServiceNow connector, just curious to know if someone has experience with Help Scout and Gainsight.
