Create warning when export exceed limitsAcknowledged

The limitations for exports do not inform the user if there is data that is cut off due to the size. It would be extremely helpful to have a warning. Many of our users did not realize their exports were being cut off which leads to panic when needing to make last minute changes to presentations. This is especially common when we export usage data for Business Reviews that usually have usage for 6 months to 1 year.   We implemented a work around to have data exported to Domo and then we pull from there. However, it would be very useful and helpful to have a warning so that users know they need to pull the larger data set elsewhere.

Is user state preservation in C360 on the product roadmap?Acknowledged

I have been working with a customer who wanted to see why filters saved in C360 reports weren't "Sticky" like report filters are in Dashboards. Is there anything on the product roadmap concerning adding any new user state preservation features into C360 that would allow for filters added to reports in C360 to be saved between user sessions? {POSTING ON BEHALF OD CUSTOMER}- Greying out Picklist values under Global Dashboard filtersAcknowledged

Hey Team,   We have noticed Users having a tough time with Inactive values showing up under Global Dashboard filters. I do understand we have challenges removing these values but would it be possible to grey them out while displaying them?   We could also think about letting users have access to setting the corresponding records with these inactive values to NULL

Add 'remember me' option for Gainsight loginAcknowledged

I want to see this page less :DI really don’t like seeing this page every day when I try to navigate to our Gainsight instance and having to: click the field, enter my email, press login, and choose my Google SSO account. That’s 4 additional clicks just to get into Gainsight! If I use Gainsight every working day, that’s 20 clicks a week, which is roughly 1040 clicks a year :O (I don’t use Gainsight during holidays but you get the idea).I would love to see a ‘Remember me’ option that kept me logged in for 30 days.

Reason to be added when reports won't openAcknowledged

Hi,  I recently have run into some issues with report builder where a field that was used on multiple reports was set to hidden in Data Management.  This caused the reports to try to open but not actually ever open or fail.  It would be great if reports could fail opening and then have a reason why they failed. This would allow admins to quickly fix the issue.  Thank you!

Ability to remove Company Person associations when Contacts are updated in SFDCAcknowledged

I have a customer who is a pretty big user of Email to Timeline. As we know, if a single contact is related to multiple companies, all Email to Timeline submissions for that contact automatically gets logged to drafts because Gainsight does not know which company to relate the email to. Right now, the Load to Person rule will load contact/company relationships into Gainsight, but I can't figure out a way to update contact/company relationships that have been removed. We would like these removed automatically so our Email to Timeline submissions don't go to drafts, as in the above workflow.

Make the owner fields for Case object::Owner ID Email and Case object::Owner ID Name to be visible in rules componentAcknowledged

Hi Team, I am creating this post on behalf of a customer who raised this issue. Fields Case object::Owner ID Email and Case object::Owner ID Name are not visibile in either JO query builder or Rules Engine for NXT or NXT+SFDC edition customers. However this is not the case for pure SFDC edition of Gainsight. More context : Owner field in Case object is looking up to 2 objects (kind of WhatId type field in Gainsight). The lookup tree for these type of fields is not supported in NXT or NXT+SFDC editions. I request you to kindly implement a enhancement to make these fields as visible as these fields are visible in UI in report builder and not in Rules/JO- Query builder. Regards,Jagadeesh

Nxt: Ability to add User's Profile Picture in JO programsAcknowledged

Now that we have profile pictures, can we use them as a token in JO email templates? Profile pictures would be a great way to customize email signatures and better engage customers.

Change default order of objectivesAcknowledged

We apply multiple templates to the same Success Plan based on products our customers purchase. As such, we are not able to use the Template Order sorting and need to order by Due Date instead. Is there a way we can set the default sorting to sort by Due Date instead of Template Order? I know it can be changed one off by user, but this causes confusion and is an extra step.

Ability to Log Timeline Activity to Multiple Accounts (think client reference calls)Acknowledged

Hi, as we start to build our community, there is an increasing need to be able to log Timeline activities capturing a meeting in which multiple clients were present. Currently that doesn’t seem to be an option without creating a copy of the activity under each company. How does Gainsight log interactions between clients?Is this available in NXT or already in the roadmap? Thanks, Ana

Can you Import fonts? Survey 2.0 ThemeAcknowledged

I am looking to try and keep my NPS survey on brand as much as possible. Is there a way to import fonts into the theme or would I need to draft the NPS template outside of GS and import the whole thing? Currently there are only 4 fonts and a default in the drop down.

Email Template ExpirationAcknowledged

We have a number of email templates that we have created which are specific to events and notifications (like upcoming product details for a specific service pack). We would like to be able to set an expiration date where it removes the ability for a CSM to send. For example when we click the “make available to user” give a date or number of days available. Thanks,Cody

Increasing the subscriber fields limit for Notification settingsAcknowledged

Currently the limitation for the no of fields that can be used for auto subscription is five.    Can we increase this.    Usecase in the words of customer: We'd like to be able to notify people who assigned to the company.In our business, we have our customers in which different stakeholders from us (like in total 8) need to interfere the situation. I need to have that flexibility.

CTA Flag TypesAcknowledged

It would be great to have two types of CTA flags to use: [list] [*]One that can be used with rules and can show up in reports [*]One that is simply for use by the CSMs to indicate their top priority CTAs and prioritize their work[/list]Right now, if a CSM flags a CTA it will show up on reports that include that criteria and also may impact Scorecards measures, if a rule is set up to do so.

Email Logs are not deleted when the company is deleted from the GainsightAcknowledged

Hi Team, I am posting behalf of a Customer, Whenever we are deleting the company form the gainsight, we are removing the depency records from the objects such as AO Participants, Survey Participants, and NPS responses but not from the Email Logs objects. Could you consider this request, so that it should delete all the email log records which are associated with that company as from the Email Logs Object automatically. Currently we are doing this request manually from the backend.

Ability to move/merge Success Plan infomration Objectives sectionAcknowledged

Use case is there is information in the Plan info section of the Success Plan and would like a way to merge or sync with the Objectives. This would save us time of copying and pasting into objectives section.  Normally it is just a portion of the Plan information we want to copy over and not the entire section, but it would be nice to have a cloning or copy to objective option.

Rename standard Timeline activity typesAcknowledged

The four standard activity types -- "Update", "Meeting", "Email", and "Call" are very limited in how they can be edited. We do not want to use the "Call" activity, because I actually have three different custom call types that I've created, and this one can't be renamed. Therefore, I've deactivated "Call". However, it still counts towards my limit of 10 Activity types. I would like to change "Meeting" to "In-Person Meeting". We meet in person with our customers rarely, so I'm concerned that CSMs will think that "Meeting" is actually a Activity type they could use for generic/miscellaneous calls. "Email" cannot even be deactivated. We do not want our CSMs to be tracking their emails in Timeline. If they have something substantial, they can log it as an "Update". However, this still counts towards my limit of 10 Activity types.

Is there a plan to add more objects besides Account and Customer Info to the Attributes section of C360?Acknowledged

Right now, I am only able to add fields to the C360 page that are from the account or customer info objects. This is really limiting and in turn requires the team to go back to SFDC for certain pertinent information. I can't rely on putting everything into an embedded report. Is there a plan to allow you to add more fields outside of these two objects?

Updating attributes via a reportAcknowledged

Has anyone else found a need to update R360 attributes for various customers only to find that you have to open each customer in order to do so?  A request has come from our CSM’s to enable a report so they can update the attributes all at once versus having to search for each customer and update each individual customer.  Will Gainsight ever have the ability to update fields within a report?  I know there is the ability to update CHS in a repot, but would be nice to have the option to update other fields from a report as well.

Ability to bulk load playbooks to GainsightAcknowledged

Gainsight has some customers who already have established playbooks for processes that are usually created and stored in Google Sheets or Excel. They would like to be able to bulk load this into Gainsight and create Playbooks via an automated mechanism (import playbook or Load to Playbook rule action)Is there anything on the roadmap for this? Idea: Ability to define JO Program "Types"Acknowledged

CTAs and Timeline Activities have Types, why not JO Programs? It would be helpful if we could assign Programs a “type” similar to CTAs and Activities so that we could categorize, group, compare Programs by type for reporting purposes.    Ideally we would be able to add and define our own custom types like we can for CTAs and Timeline but I’m sure there are some common default Types as well.   For context, this idea came up while working with our Customer Marketing team on some Program-related reports.

Phone number type fieldAcknowledged

We cannot currently use the Person object for adding of new contacts by our CSM’s because if they add a phone number it either strips the 0 from the start of it or doesn’t allow a + to be included for international numbers.    Could we please have a phone number type field which allows for these things and allows us to write back to the phone number type fields in SF contacts.

CTA Timeline - Parse over CTA Name as Timeline SubjectAcknowledged

When creating a Timeline post from a CTA, it would be great if the CTA Name would autopopulate in the Timeline subject.  For example, I get a EBR CTA, and I want to include my notes from the EBR in the Timeline of that CTA, I'd like the subject to go ahead and populate as EBR and then maybe add Notes at the end?

Timeline Associated Record - More Fields for CTA ConfigAcknowledged

Currently, the configuration for Associated Records for Timeline entries has a limited field set you can pick from when searching for and displaying the associated records of a given timeline entry. If you want to show the company name or CTA status, you only have the option for selecting ID fields: The problem with this, is that when you hover over the record you associated your timeline entry with, all you see are the IDs. Note that while Owner shows here as a text field it displays as an ID below:  The ask here is allow the same level of granularity on fields you can select honoring lookups like you would expect with selecting fields in say, a report. Not a groomed list of fields that don’t really provide any benefit. If I’m just doing it wrong, please let me know. At time of writing the support page on how to configure this feature is not live. edit: I am testing in a sandbox
