Currently we don't have the option of getting email rule result notifications for S3 event trigerred rules. Would it be possible to get this to fire as well? It would help to notify the Admin/ User when the rule has a failure.
When you have more than one Gainsight environment (i.e. QA/Prod) it's important that failure notifications identify from which environment they came. Gainsight Connect and S3 Data load success/failure emails don't indicate from where they originated, so if something failed I have to go look at both...
Currently, the difference in behavior of concat function in Rules and in Gainsight data management(GDM) is how we handle empty strings. While in GDM we truncate empty strings, but rules does not. Request to make the behavior consistent in both areas.
We are only using Programs and no longer using Outreaches. It would be helpful to have the JO landing page changed to either be static to render Programs page instead of Outreach or be sticky for whichever JO section you were on i.e., Email Templates vs Outreach.
