Initiate Rule Chain based on S3 ImportResponse from Customer
Is it possible to create a rule chain that is triggered by a S3 Import? I want to run a CTA that only runs right after a certain S3 Rule has run. I’m sure I can do this using ‘Import Date’ fields but being able to create a rule chain would be much easier. Thanks!
Autofill S3 dataset task naming conventionResponse from Customer
When creating an S3 dataset task from bionic rules, can we please consider autofilling the "[i]MDA-Data-Ingest/input/" [/i]prefix for file names that come from Gainsight's Managed S3 bucket? Or at the very least, put an in-product guide that reminds admins to put that prefix in front of their file name.
Edit Timeline Fields by RelationshipResponse from Customer
Hello, I would like to see the ability to customize timeline activity fields specific to a relationship, regardless of whether the activity type is global. For example, we have “Update” as a global activity type. Because it is global, I am unable to edit it in the “configure for” at the relationship level. When I wish to add a relationship-specific field, I must add it to the global Update activity. Because of the reports, dashboards and other infrastructure built off the Update activity type, I do not wish to create a new relationship-specific activity type.
Ability to change default landing page in Journey Orchestrator from Outreaches to ProgramsResponse from Customer
We are only using Programs and no longer using Outreaches. It would be helpful to have the JO landing page changed to either be static to render Programs page instead of Outreach or be sticky for whichever JO section you were on i.e., Email Templates vs Outreach.

Currently 'load to relationship' action performs upsert operation by default. So if there are many rules with this action and we have some identifier coming null or unexpected values, there is a chance of duplicate relationships getting created.
[Feature Request] Support For Cockpit Calendar Integration For Organizations That Require 3rd Party ApprovalResponse from Customer
Posting on Behalf of a Customer. In this case when doing the outlook calendar integration, due to organization setting, user gets a prompt to request approval from an internal IT Team. Once user gets approved by that team, code is received. The issue that is found is that once the authentication code is received, doing “click to authenticate” again in NXT, shows the request approval window again. Given this cycle, user is not able to fully complete authentication. As it is mentioned to be not supported right now, hence this post for feature enhancement for this use case.

Perhaps this is possible and I'm just trying the wrong method, but... Our Salesforce instance uses Parent/Child accounts pretty heavily, and we've been running into occasions where multiple opportunities will be concurrently open for different children of the same parent account. And today, our CSMs and AEs have no easy way to see concurrently open opps across an account heirarchy. I thought I had a crafty solution, but ran into a limitation in setting up C360 views. My idea: I added an "Ultimate Parent" account lookup to our Account object in Salesforce– this way If I created a report on Opportunites and traversed up a level to the Account object, I could include a common account lookup across any given company's account heirarchy. What I thought I'd be able to do is create a report and map the object (alothough in this case I created a data space) in 360 Layouts to say show report rows where "Ultimate Parent ID on Account = Ultimate Parent ID i
Sorting rulesResponse from Customer
As an Admin, I'd love to be able to sort the rules that we have by scheduled time. I understand that the filters are now available in list view, but it would be great to see the sequence of rules in the place where we revise them. Timeline View is not very useful because it's just a snapshot of a certain time period. It seems odd to have to go to Gainsight Analyzer to see my schedule of rules for the day (still not the most intuitive). I think this would be extremely helpful!
Ability to Search for Success Plan Templates When Selecting TemplatesResponse from Customer
We have a large number of existing Success Plan templates that currently live in Google Sheets, and these templates all pertain to various strategies and recommendations we could be working on with a customer, depending on their specific needs. The CSM is intended to compile any number of these templates based on what the customer needs to focus on into a singular template. Due to the large number of templates we would have, it would be tedious for the CSM to have to scroll up and down a long list of templates in the Success Plan UI. I would like to suggest the idea of including a search function within the template selection picklist for easier and faster searching.
Zendesk Sync options - FieldsResponse from Customer

Two being Brand name and Brand ID. I think this would be helpful for customers that customize and just want to pull in other fields not included in the standard API

It would be great to see logs/history of exports from the admin tab or have a link to download that particular export pop up when it is available. I have trouble with my export emails hitting my inbox (or even my spam filter) and I have no way of going back to find the export. It would be nice to be able to go back in and find the link to the .csv from somewhere within the app in case my emails are being blocked.
[Enhancement Request]Show a notification when a mapping is not displayed because of limited permissiResponse from Customer
Opening this thread for the Customer to track the progress on this request - When a user who doesn't have permission on a field opens the rule action screen, the corresponding mapping is not displayed. And now if he saves it that way, the mapping will be removed from the rule action. This has caused issues across multiple customers. Can we have some message displayed when we are not displaying a particular mapping so that the user doesn't end up corrupting the rule.
Create a report on how often email tasks are actually sent to timeline vs. just checked as completeResponse from Customer
When we close an email assist task manually, we don’t log it to the timeline eventhough the below option is turned on. So, the usecase here is how many email tasks are logged to timeline compared to how many tasks are completed.

Currently we don't have the option of getting email rule result notifications for S3 event trigerred rules. Would it be possible to get this to fire as well? It would help to notify the Admin/ User when the rule has a failure.
