Do Surveys record clicks on the survey or save buttons and provide timestamps? if not, could we add those fields onto the flattened survey schema?Response from Customer
This is a request from a customer conversation involving NPS survey results. The customer in question has a recently closed NPS survey program that still has a few straggling participants in “Partially Submitted” status. In one outlying example a partial respondent (who was later dropped from the program) answered the NPS question (which was question 2) without answering the first, required question. One of the asks stemming from this conversation was - is there any way to find out whether someone pressed the submit or save button on a survey? I dug into this from AO Participants, NPS Survey Response and the flattened object perspectives and could not find any boolean or datetime fields for Submit pressed or Save pressed. ASK: would it be possible to track button clicks for the Submit and Save buttons via a boolean field and also provide a corresponding timestamp for said action? A secondary ask was to see if additional popup messaging could be added in open survey sessions if either
Gainsight placing CSMs in bounce list for emails sent from JOResponse from Customer
Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of customer. Gainsight fails to send email to any recipient if a user that is CC’d on the email is on the Gainsight bounce list. For example, if a CSM is on the “Email Copy to:” in Journey Orchestrator on an email sent to several customers, and the CSM is on the bounce list, the email is not sent to any of the customers. The correct/expected behavior is that email should be delivered to all customer recipients regardless that someone in the “Email Copy to:” is on the Gainsight bounce list. The entire program should not fail. It would be great if CSMs are not placed in bounce list since it is intended that CSM should be aware of the communications with their customers. Regards,Jagadeesh
Ability to Search for Success Plan Templates When Selecting TemplatesResponse from Customer
We have a large number of existing Success Plan templates that currently live in Google Sheets, and these templates all pertain to various strategies and recommendations we could be working on with a customer, depending on their specific needs. The CSM is intended to compile any number of these templates based on what the customer needs to focus on into a singular template. Due to the large number of templates we would have, it would be tedious for the CSM to have to scroll up and down a long list of templates in the Success Plan UI. I would like to suggest the idea of including a search function within the template selection picklist for easier and faster searching.
Ability to search by tasks within Success PlansResponse from Customer
CSMs would like to have a way to search within their Success Plan Objectives, Tasks. We have the drop down for Objectives but the ability to search on tasks is not availble. Autofill S3 dataset task naming conventionResponse from Customer
When creating an S3 dataset task from bionic rules, can we please consider autofilling the "[i]MDA-Data-Ingest/input/" [/i]prefix for file names that come from Gainsight's Managed S3 bucket? Or at the very least, put an in-product guide that reminds admins to put that prefix in front of their file name.

Currently 'load to relationship' action performs upsert operation by default. So if there are many rules with this action and we have some identifier coming null or unexpected values, there is a chance of duplicate relationships getting created.
Display amounts in user's currency for the Mass Edit Scorecard visualization reportsResponse from Customer
Hi,We have an amount field with data type “currency” on our company object. The currency of that field may vary, some use EUR, USD, INR, CAD, SEK etc. When including this field in the “Mass Edit” report type the amounts are displayed in different currencies (the ones originally stored on the company) which makes it hard to compare, filter or sort.It would be helpful to be able to select a preferred currency, or use the currency of the logged in user to calculate the amounts to the same currency in the report. thanks!/David

Ability to Map More Fields Into Attributes - Zendesk WidgetResponse from Customer
Currently, you can only bring in attributes into the ZD widget per configuration. I have a customer that has a variety of custom fields they would like to have displayed on the widget. In order to configure this, they have to use the UI settings for c360. This limits my ability to bring anything in thats not on the account object.

It is today possible to customize the views in salesforce for C360 and add different sections/widget and customize layout assignment by filters. Need this functionality on the zendesk widget. Use case: We have various support teams that require different sets of summarized data visible on their c360 page. Today's one view for all doesn't give us the flexibility to deal with these variations.
Report on timeline notes for @mention usersResponse from Customer
I’d like to create a report that shows @mentions for specific executive users. The Activity Timeline MDA object will not allow filtering by notes field. This should be a relatively straightforward report where Notes contains @username. Any workaround I’m overlooking? Any reason why report builder will not allow this query?

For some of our rules when we're only needing a [i]few accounts - that really don't have any common factors, it would be awesome there was an easy way to copy a filter that you already have in place. [i]Granted it doesn't take much work to also just drag the same filter field over x times - but hey, just a thought. :)

Customer have an active success plan on this account that is showing correctly in the Summary Widget - where it shows open success plans and open objectives on those success plans. Concat operation to function same in Rules and Gainsight Data managementResponse from Customer
Currently, the difference in behavior of concat function in Rules and in Gainsight data management(GDM) is how we handle empty strings. While in GDM we truncate empty strings, but rules does not. Request to make the behavior consistent in both areas.
Horizon Timeline: Ability to set default notes sizeResponse from Customer
We have received feedback from CSMs that the new Horizon Timeline experience compresses notes too much, in a way that makes it more difficult to see when on a call with a customer. It would be great to have CSMs be able to set the compression on timeline. If they had an option to see all notes at one time like the other timeline, or to compress like the new experience, that would help address this.

Currently we don't have the option of getting email rule result notifications for S3 event trigerred rules. Would it be possible to get this to fire as well? It would help to notify the Admin/ User when the rule has a failure.

Hello Team,"Load to people" action Execution summary sheet won't show the records affected, it will show only the summary. In case of any failure records in the execution, we will show in the rule result sheet.Currently it seems like a limitation.It's very important for customer to be able to see affected records in these logs.Could you please check on this request, if we could implement this in the future!
Ability to change default landing page in Journey Orchestrator from Outreaches to ProgramsResponse from Customer
We are only using Programs and no longer using Outreaches. It would be helpful to have the JO landing page changed to either be static to render Programs page instead of Outreach or be sticky for whichever JO section you were on i.e., Email Templates vs Outreach.
