CRON expressions options within Journey Orchestrator - Sync schedule settingsAcknowledged

I would like to request the ability to add CRON expressions for same day recurring syncs within Journey Orchestrator program schedule settings. We are currently utilizing multiple programs and/or queries to accomplish this as a work around but it would be great if this were built it.  Even if not CRON expressions, but to have a way to have a program sync on a schedule more than one time per day.

Admin Ability: More options to configure GS AlertsAcknowledged

We have more and more needs for non-CTA “Alerts” to our users and the current mechanism is not scalable to have CSM’s required to click “follow” on each of their accounts.Could we find a way to mass enable “notifications” for CSM’s and auto-follow the accounts they are assigned to? tl:dr More admin control of notification settings for users and ability to mass “follow” accounts based on assignment to make notifications more relevant and useful

Allow admin to choose format for Timeline quick view and CSM inline updatingAcknowledged

We are using Timeline to track out time. We would like the ability as an Admin to modify what is visible when looking at the list of all the timeline entries for an account (see picture below). We would also like the ability to modify specific items without having to open up the entire Timeline entry. An example of this would be the amount of time we spend on each timeline entry (see picture below).

Shared Success Plans in TImelineAcknowledged

Today as I was sending a client a Success Plan, I realized it would be great to have this email logged in Timeline especially since you do not receive a copy of what you send in the email to the client.

More flexibility in the sizing of dashboard containersAcknowledged

It would be great to have more flexibility in sizing of containers on dashboards. I frequently am building views that are only two columns of data so would like to make smaller in general or skinnier.  Having only the few size options is very limiting to making a more visually appealing dashboard.

Nxt: Ability to add User's Profile Picture in JO programsAcknowledged

Now that we have profile pictures, can we use them as a token in JO email templates? Profile pictures would be a great way to customize email signatures and better engage customers.

[Feature Request] Notify Point of Contact when OAuth User is Inactive, Removed, or DeletedAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of a customer, but I think this is a good idea as well. Currently when an OAuth is made inactive, Gainsight data query processes cease such as rules engine and copilot power lists. If an organization did not have knowledge of this as soon as that happens, many important data processes do not run and gaps in analytics gets noticed to late in the game. It be nice to send an email to an assigned point of contact, along with some steps to fix the matter.

Create a multi selection lookup field in Success PlanAcknowledged

Hi,I’d like to create a new field for my Success Plans, and it should contain 2 or more users/contacts from the customer company or even my company.I’ve been able to create a single contact one, but not with more people in it. To clarify, it’s like the Internal/External Attendees field we have in Tasks details. I believe this would be a great add to the toolThanks

Homescreen dashhboard for VIEW_GROUP usersAcknowledged

I recently gave our Sales and Product teams access to Gainsight CS with VIEW_GROUP permissions. I was a bit surprised to find out that I could not configure a basic homescreen dashboard for them to get an overview of the current state of the full customer base (e.g., Scorecard metrics). I think that would be a great addition for this type of users.

Schedule Resuming of JO Programs (not just initial launch)Acknowledged

Sometimes we pause a JO program to troubleshoot an error or for other reasons, but would like to resume the program at a set future time without someone having to remember to do so manually. It would be great if we could also schedule when the program is resumed after it is paused.

Create Timeline entries via CSVAcknowledged

It would be interesting if we could allow users to create new Timeline entries via CSV upload.  One use case for this would be to import email communications from another tool, and track end to end conversations in Timeline between CSMs and customers.

Can we have rule formula to support Minimum, Maximum and Mean value of various fields on a row of record?Acknowledged

We had a use case to understand what is the least metrics out of 10 different measures fields on a row of record and we couldn’t find a respective formula on rules under Number or Statistics ? Instead we developed alternative workaround like replacing every field value to multiples of 10s 100’s 1000’s and then summed up to say under which color category do they fall part (mapping the least to RED). If there was a Minimum or Maximum or Mean kind of formulas would have made it ease for these request.

Is there a plan to add more objects besides Account and Customer Info to the Attributes section of C360?Acknowledged

Right now, I am only able to add fields to the C360 page that are from the account or customer info objects. This is really limiting and in turn requires the team to go back to SFDC for certain pertinent information. I can't rely on putting everything into an embedded report. Is there a plan to allow you to add more fields outside of these two objects?

Remapping Tokens after editing an emailAcknowledged

There are times a typo is identified in an email template or a minor change is made that does not impact the mapping of the tokens. However, if an email template is modified, you must remap all the tokens in the email for: [list] [*]Email Assists [*]Journey Orchestrator [/list]This creates a hinderance when nothing changed with the tokens. Is there a way to make edits without having to remap tokens for each place the template is used?

Deleting Survey Response UIAcknowledged

It is great we are able to adjust and delete survey respones through the UI.  It would be great to see the ability to delete more than 10 at a time, if we have a large number of responses, this adds a lot of additional work.

When needing to add fields that a rule can load to, the expectation when you hit the back button after you save is that it will take you to the page the brought you to this section. In actuality, this button takes you back to the landing page for the Rules Engine. GS Assist Gmail Plugin - activity date/time matches email metadata instead of date/time of email being loggedAcknowledged

Using the GS Assist Gmail Plug-in, when logging an email thread, or a received inbound email from a customer (not when logging from the Compose window), the Activity Date/Time that syncs back to GS Timeline is the date/time the email was logged, not the date/time the email was received. Meaning, that if a customer emailed me on November 10, and I was out of office that day, so I logged it to timeline on November 11 when I was back in office, the activity date/time for the email activity in timeline would show as November 11. My request is for the date/time on the activity logged in Gainsight match the email metadata of when the email was received.

Option to adjust scale on daily usage reports (when done as a line graph)Acknowledged

I've noticed that when you create a daily usage report in the line graph format, that because of the way that it's scaled, a very small change can appear very dramatic.  As a result, a customers usage can appear to be in trouble when it's not.  I would suggest that we are enabled to set the scale of our reports so it shows the data and scales more accurately.

Add Template to Mass EditAcknowledged

I do the same exact mass edit multiple times a week (close CTAs for reps who have left the company).  It would be great if I could have a drop down template to show the mass edit criteria i specify.  I tried to create a rule to close CTAs for inactive reps but since the CTAs all have different Types and Reasons it does not work.

Ability to Link Timeline ActivitiesAcknowledged

Users can create Timeline Activities through an Objective CTA, but if they create an activity in a C360 page or on the global Timeline tab, they aren't able to link them to an objective. It would be nice to be able to link a timeline entry to an Objective if the entry was created outside of the Objective CTA. Currently users have to re-create the entry if they want to move the entry from the C360/global Timeline tab and associate it with an Objective CTA.

Visual Cue for Report Filters Edited by UsersAcknowledged

It would be really helpful to add a simple visual cue on reports where a user has edited the filters for their own view. Too often, I chase down issues that begin with “My C360 report / dashboard is not showing the data I expect” and one of the main culprits has been edited filters. While we do have a visual indicator that filters are in effect on the main dashboard views, I think it would make identifying user-edited filters much quicker and easier if there was something similar present on each report that specifically told us “Hey, this report is using filters that have been edited from the defaults”.  With something like that, I could immediately respond to an issue with “Is there a little yellow dot beside the options button in the report?” and diagnose those problems without any further effort. See my hastily-made example below...

CTA creation at CSD level and attachment to multiple accountsAcknowledged

Need the ability to have CTA's that can be assigned at the CSD level, vs the account level. For example, reminder CTA to have them update all their Health Score and Contact info (without them getting numerous CTA's for every account in portfolio). Similarly, need to be able to attach/link a CTA (or milestone) to more than one account. Use case here is that the CSD is creating documentation that applies to multiple accounts, and has to (currently) manually attach it to each account.
