Ability for Rules to run more frequently than once a dayImplemented

We have the need to have Rules run more frequently than once a day for urgent SLAs.  Would like the ability to select frequency on the Rules.

Email to timeline functionality attachments enhancementUnder Consideration

Hey, Just found out that the images in one's signature are counted towards the 5 attachments limit in the email to timeline functionality. Is it possible to count only the actual attachments and take the images in signature in consideration only for the size limit? What do you think? Thanks, Lucian

Person Section in C360Implemented

Hi All, We are thinking about a new 'Person' section in C360 / R360 where you can view and manage (add/edit/delete) all the external people in the context of a customer. Some of the features we are thinking for this section are: [b]End User Functionality:[/b] [list] [*]See and edit person’s information such as Name, Email, Title, Location, Phone #, Social media links. Edit some of the information inline. [*]Ability to create a new person. [*]Option to view people in tabular as well as in an org chart view (by identifying another person as the reporting manager).  [*]Users should also be able see other tabular views of people based on reports configured by the admin. Global Filters for CockpitImplemented

There's a way to filter the Cockpit using Advanced Filters, which is great, but it would be nice to be able for Admin users to apply a global filter that would show on all other users' views (like a report).  We have a current use case where customers go through a series of linked CTAs/Tasks, but we would like to filter out customers that churn during the process. This currently isn't a capability that can be done via a global filter, and would require all users to apply the filter themselves.

Set Display Name for Reports in DashboardAcknowledged

We have a number of different dashboards which ultimately have the same types of reports on them, but for different filters. I’d like to have the names of the reports which are shown on these dashboards as simple as possible, e.g. “Customer List”, “By Health”, “By Stage” but I cannot save multiple reports with the same name (to satisfy each dashboard view) so have to instead add extra information which is not needed in the dashboard view (as that’s implored via the dashboard name itself), and can often mean that the names for widgets are cut off due to the length.  Ideally would be able to set a different display name for the report on the dashboard itself.

Allow Timeline Activities to be ClonedAcknowledged

Right now, CSMs have to add a lot of the same information into Timeline Activities when they're creating them for the same account. A lot of them have requested that they be cloneable and then editable (similar to the functionality for rules).

Ability to disable the aggregation and set expand/collapse default using Row Grouping in HA reportsIN DEVELOPMENT

Two things on Row Grouping settings:1st - When using Row Grouping on a field to have the ability to disable the aggregation/totals on the group row. As an example the data is pointless and confusing as we use Booleans - 3 true and 4 false always shows 7… very misleading 2nd - As an admin I would like the option to default if a Row Grouping report is expanded or collapsed by default. It would be my guess that others would like this feature as well for reports that list items (think Whitespace)Thanks,DB

Export directly from Data ManagementAcknowledged

Currently if we want to export data that is housed in the MDA, we need to either build a custom report and export it, or build a rule that exports to S3. Is there anything on the roadmap that will allow us to just export a table straight out of the MDA (Data Management)?  This would be a bit easier since I would not require any extra configuration to retrieve the data.

Create timeline activity from CTAPartially Fixed

There're automated and self created CTA's where I would like to make a timeline activity for upon closure. Today I need to close the CTA, then go to C360 and create manually an activity. It would be more efficient if there's an option upon closure of a CTA that gives you the choice to create an Activity in the C360 timeline. Maybe immediate redirection to an “ + activity” screen or maybe pop-up screen at closure of a CTA.

CoPilot - built-in feature to send daily outreaches but skip weekendsUnder Consideration

I'm posting this on behalf of Dom from Adobe Sign:  The Adobe team would love to have an easy way to schedule daily outreaches in CoPIlot to be sent on week days. These need to be driven off specific days (e.g. sent 4 days after onboarding start date) The issues arise when they don't want emails to go out on a weekend (Sat. and Sunday). There is currently no easy way to ensure the outreaches do not go out on the weekend, and then on Monday all of the outreaches that would have been sent on Friday or Saturday (as they meet the criteria of being 4 days after onboarding start date for example) are set.  Currently the workarounds are creating a separate powerlist/outreach for weekend outreaches (scheduled on Mondays), or adjusting the rule criteria to be a range (onboarding start date is less than n-4 but greater than n-6) but these present other challenges

Template updates for 'Email Assist'Under Consideration

When using 'Email Assist', if I edit the email template, and then add a new CTA using the Playbook that includes that email template, then the changes I made to the template are not represented. I need to go to the Playbook, delete the Email Task, add a new Email Task using the same email template (which has now been edited), and then set all of the Tokens yet again. In addition, I would need to find all the currently existing CTAs and replace their Playbooks so that they pick up the new template. My preferred use case would be that, as soon as I edit the template, it would be used immediately for any Email Tasks that are previewed/drafted after that point. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request, but filing it under 'Problem'!

HA Success Plan Unsaved Rich Text Fields WarningNo Status

When editing Rich Text fields in a Success Plan if you navigate to a different tab it will not autosave the fields. I understand there can be a challenge in having this autosave, but having a pop-up or warning “you will lose unsaved changes to one or more fields” would be a great enhancement.

Filter by Fiscal Quarter in Rules EnginePlanned

We would like the ability to filter by fiscal date within the Rules Engine Setup Rule. We have some rules that power MDA and reporting that report only on current FQ. Each new quarter, we have to manually adjust the dates to the current quarter, so this will become unscalable once our number of rules grow. Change Management log to identify what changes have been made and by whomUnder Consideration

This was originally its [url=https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/change-management-log-to-identify-what-changes-have-been-made-and-by-whom]own idea post[/url] but inadvertently got [url=https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/report-on-who-closed-cta-task]merged into another one[/url] that is only a small part of an overall need, so reposting.  As our organization increases adoption of the tool and we have multiple operations team members working inside of Gainsight, there needs to be a mechanism for tracking changes that were made and by whom - both at the administration level and the user level.  As of now any changes have to be tracked manually - if at all. This is a crucial, core need for admins. A nice addition to this would be the ability to receive a daily or weekly digest of all administrative changes that occurred.

Question. Is it possible to report on the "Drafts" in Timeline by User? [Email to Timeline]Acknowledged

Hi everyone! I'm currently loving email to timeline, as it's helping us ensure that we're getting communication into the system! But we're running into users that aren't exactly staying up to date on reviewing their 'Drafts' in Global Timeline. So, I was wondering how are others managing the ensuring that their users are reviewing their 'drafts' sections? Ideally, I would like a report that the managers can review to speak with their teams - but I'm not finding where that would be stored... As always, THANK YOU! :)

Email to Timeline - Attaching to CTAsAcknowledged

Due to the nature of the contacts in my meetings/emails, many of my emails sent to Gainsight end up in draft. It would be very helpful to be able to take these drafts from global timeline and attach them to a CTA (not just company/relationship). Is this on the roadmap?

Customize Drill Down Field LabelsImplemented

It would be nice to have the ability to customize the headers in report drill downs. Today, you can change the header labels in show and by sections of the graph report. You can't customize them when you configure the drill down.  Thanks!

Ranking in Rules EnginePlanned

It would be great if we could rank accounts in the Rules Engine, similar to ranking in Report Builder. For example, ranking accounts so that only X number receives a certain CTA or action. A specific use case would be ranking our top 50 customers by spend to automatically generate CTAs and other field triggers as part of our top 50 customer engagement program.

Ability to Clone CTAAcknowledged

It would be helpful to have the ability to clone CTAs. For example, on our team each CSM manually creates CTAs so that we have visibility into when customers are launching various modules and when we have blackout dates aligned with new product release. It would be great to be able to clone a CTA so that we are not manually inputting the same information with each CTA creation.

Timeline Activities: Changing the AccountAcknowledged

It has come up twice in the past two days where CSMs have accidentally entered timeline activities on the wrong account. Would be nice if they could go to the Global Timeline tab and change the account there once the activity has been created. Currently, I've been just instructing them to recreate using the Copy to Clipboard option, but obviously, it would be easier if they could just move them.

CTA for Activities not related to an AccountNo Status

Currently, a CTA must be linked to an account. However, there are certain use cases where it would be nice to have a CTA for CSMs that are not account specific - e.g. internal activities. A sample use case is a CTA/Playbook for New Hires. Current workaround is to create an "Internal Account" where these types of CTAs can be assigned to, but it would be nice to have another more fluid option.

Associate emails to project timelineNo Status

Hi,I’m a CSM using Gainsight as my primary tool to manage customer engagements. As such I’ve adopted the email-to-timeline feature to save important customer interactions in Gainsight e.g. statements of support, project updates, important minutes of meetings.When you send emails to Gainsight they appear as Drafts in the global timeline section. You are then able to associate it with a Customer or a Relationship. Would it be possible to allow emails to be associated with Projects/Sucecss Plans as well? It would make life somewhat easier when you have multiple projects/plans for one relationship.

Deactivate PlaybooksCurrent Functionality

Would be great if there was a way to deactivate a playbook. We're getting to the point where we need to do some clean up of our playbooks, and we don't want to delete them because a) we then lose reporting on them and b) we might need them again. Would like to be able to move them to an inactive state where they would still be there, but they wouldn't show up in the list when selecting one for a CTA, etc.
