Instead of pulling the entire Playbook or Template it would be great to have the ability to chose which one should be added to the success plan.. Even better would be if I could drag and drop with an unser friendly interface. Lets say I have a success plan open on the left, on the right I have a list of potential onboarding tasks that are recommended. Because my engagement is very bespoke or some of the tasks have been previously completed, I just want to drag and drop the relevant ones into my success plan. I think success plans need to be more flexible in general. Thanks
Clone CTA from one Customer to AnotherAcknowledged
A user has requested the ability to clone an individual CTA that has been manally created to either a single OR multiple customers. User Story: As a CSM, I would like to leverage a manually created CTA across one or all of my customers if useful/successful and not incur the wrath of my overburdened Administrator. Admin Feedback: If the CTA becomes adopted by many CSM's this would quality for automation via Rule CTA, otherwise, a manual process with the ability to select from a list of the CSM's associated accounts to deliver a copy of the CTA to would be a nice feature.
Adding code in TimelineAcknowledged
Hi all,Curious if anyone knows of any way to add code into Timeline entries in the SFDC version? Similar to this box, if you click on the 3 dots, you have a code button that you can click to add code. We don’t see that in Timeline, but would like to be able to add code where needed. It does appear that if you copy and paste the code from another source, it is formatted the same, but we’d like it to originate in Gainsight if possible. Thanks!
Flag/Star Important Timeline ActivitiesAcknowledged
Hi all, One of the AMs asked if it’s possible in Gainsight to add a “Star” or “Flag” to Important timeline activities (similar to Gmail features) so that those entries/activities can be referenced later while scrolling through timeline. Thanks,Jasmine
Options to change week settingsAcknowledged
As of today we do not provide any configurable options to change the week settings for MDA objects. By default it will be Monday (start day of week) - Sunday (end day of week). Having Monday as the start of the week does not make sense for all orgs, do we have plans in the future to be able to have this adjustable?
NPS 2.0 tab filters are not sticky.Acknowledged
Posting on behalf of customer. On the new NPS 2.0 tab, any changes made to the filter criteria on the page are not sticky and refresh after you refresh the page or navigate away. It would be nice for those to be sticky.
Now that we have the ability to view audit logs on fields that exist on low-volume objects, we should be able to report on them too. This ability would really make this feature a must-have and would help curb the need to create entirely new snapshot MDA objects from scratch, which require quite a bit of Admin effort and knowledge to create and maintain. My use case is that a customer on our NXT edition needs to be able to track a field on the relationship object and trigger a program once a relationship changes its status from Field A to Field B. With SFDC’s field tracking ability, we could do this pretty easily. In Gainsight, it’s not possible at all using our audit logs. Note: this is a little different request from @marcelo’s post regarding an audit trail, although I think the two ideas could be merged.
Allow for Gannt Chart style export of Success Plans for a one page snapshot of overall planAcknowledged
Our team is often creating additional documentation outside of Success Plans to help communicate the overall status of the plan to customers. The desire is to have a one pager to quickly go over the timeline and where each objective stands. Here is a visual of what we use today: We would love to have the ability to create this out of the Success Plan export. Better yet, it would be a new 'tab' next to Collaboration that allows you to view a full summary that can be based off of Objectives and/or tasks within those objectives.
It is currently possible to have Support increase the operational email limit from 5k up to 40k but this is not possible for orgs on NXT. Are there any plans to allow this for NXT in the near future? This seems like an arbitrarily low limit given that this is already possible in SFDC and requires admins to break programs into batches. If you have thousands of customers with multiple contacts, we’re talking multiple batches!
Please make Time Zone option in the Data Designer wider and also support "Hover Over" for ease of useAcknowledged
In Data Designer > Configure, the TimeZone field is not wide enough. Time Zone names are cutoff, and "Hover Over" is either not supported or not working, so the user cannot differentiate between the options based on the visible part of the name.Today, one must guess, then over whatever option was selected to learn if you guessed correctly.Screenshot for illustration
CTA detail view for linked objects- respecting record type limitations on picklist (and other places)Acknowledged
This is going to be a doozy, but we need to come up with a way to respect the picklist values when its reading data from a specific record. Within SFDC, the only way you can restrict picklist values is through Record Types (Opportunity, Case, Account, etc). When our customers set up these restrictions, it is often because they are working with a legacy system. It could also be that they have to manage multiple types of engagements for different teams but want a unified reporting system. This idea is focused on the CTA Detail View for when we add a linked object record to that CTA (although it could apply to other parts of the product). Today, when a customer pulls that linked record into the CTA, say an Opportunity record, and displays field level information, say Stage, it is going to show the entire picklist set of options that SFDC has. However, if the user was on the actual record in native SFDC, they would only see the allowed picklist options. Whil
Distinct Objective LayoutsAcknowledged
We are creating different types of Success Plans (Success Plans, Onboarding Plans, etc.) with unique objectives. We need the ability to change the Objective layouts based on the Plan Type. We need to have different fields and information for the different use cases and plans. Currently, if you update the layout for the Objective Type CTA, it changes the layout for all Success Plan Objectives. There are 2 possible solutions: 1. Allow other CTA Types to be associated with Success Plans 2. Make Objectives based on the Success Plan type (Objective - Accout Plan or Objective - Onboarding Plan)
Hello, Today in the "Call To Action" action within Rules Engine, it looks like the Due Dates can only be set relative to "Run Date + n Days". Are there plans in the future to allow CTA Due Dates to be mapped to a variable rather than the Run Date? Best, Isaac
Hi everyone - I saw this post from a couple years ago about allowing more flexibility in G360 reporting. It's marked as "implemented," but I would argue that it's not really implemented. It's just telling customers to get in touch with their CSM to export all their usage data out of GonG. That's more of a workaround than a solution. I'd like to see us allow admins to access their usage data within their system out of the box as soon as they turn on the G360. Reason I bring this up is we get semi-frequent CSA requests from customers wanting our team to put together custom usage reports that they're unable to configure in the G360. This takes up quite a bit of time for our team and likely is frustrating for our customers too. If we could just let customers configure their own reports, it would be a win-win.
admin permissions - more granular permissionsAcknowledged
During an onsite with HPE, the request to have more granular admin permissions per user has come up. As we are having a configuration across different use cases and business units working on different relationship, there is a requirement to have "limited admin" role for people who can only change configurations for specific relationships, or only carry out specific actions (e.g. only create reports, only create CTAs but disable other actions in the rule engine, etc.)
Hi Team, Currently, we are showing GMT date time in “last modified date” field in datadesigner UI. I’d expect the date & time to show in DD UI based on the user’s timezone. Demo Video recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1uJlOnxBest,Hardik
When creating “tasks” via a timeline activity it would be nice to be able to modify the CTA type being created from those tasks. Right now, the auto created CTA from these tasks have to default to what the admin selects on the backend. It would be nice for the end user to modify within the timeline entry the type of CTA these tasks will create.
One area of to update that I think would increase the adoption of 360 features, particularly success plans, would be to be able to customize the top navigation tabs in the 360 view when you open to a customer. Currently in order to dirve adoption or tag an entry to a success objective the user has to go into the plan, find the objective , and post to time line from there. Those additional steps I think hinder strong adoption. See screen shot
I’ve done several changes to existing share 360 layout and in the process, I may have lost the link between the tile and the section. First question: is there a way to link the tile to a specific section (report) in a lower section? If so, how do we do this? I have three tiles: Cases, Bugs and Enhancements. I also have 3 corresponding sections (Cases, Bugs, Enhancements). When I click on any of these tiles, I end up in the Cases section section. Thanks! Lyne
