Re-Enable SFDC Classic Links in Gainsight Email NotificationsResponse from Customer
Our org uses NXT through SFDC and we recently discovered that URL links in the daily/weekly CTA digests now link to Lightning instead of Classic. Our team still uses Classic. As a result, these links no longer work for the team. We intentionally have our team login to NXT through SFDC for reporting and SAML reasons so switching the links to NXT-only is not practical. After talking with Support, it sounds like there are currently no plans to allow for Classic links in these emails. This seems like this decision would negatively impact any customer that still uses Classic. Any chance that this will be reconsidered?
Success Plan, CTA, and Timeline - Update RulesResponse from Customer
We have many, many customers who have needs to update these very critical objects: (1) CTA; (2) Success Plans; (3) Timeline from a bionic rule and there is limited/no ability to do so. Please make this available. The needs arise when you build out processes and need to trigger changes due to other updates. Rules does a great job of finding what the update should be, but there is no ability for this.
Do Surveys record clicks on the survey or save buttons and provide timestamps? if not, could we add those fields onto the flattened survey schema?Response from Customer
This is a request from a customer conversation involving NPS survey results. The customer in question has a recently closed NPS survey program that still has a few straggling participants in “Partially Submitted” status. In one outlying example a partial respondent (who was later dropped from the program) answered the NPS question (which was question 2) without answering the first, required question. One of the asks stemming from this conversation was - is there any way to find out whether someone pressed the submit or save button on a survey? I dug into this from AO Participants, NPS Survey Response and the flattened object perspectives and could not find any boolean or datetime fields for Submit pressed or Save pressed. ASK: would it be possible to track button clicks for the Submit and Save buttons via a boolean field and also provide a corresponding timestamp for said action? Hello Wonderful Product team,I have a challenge for you. @sai_ram . Use case. Here at ADP we have tons of products and services and our wonderful marketing team will put together slides/marketing information for each need the client might have. (that get to be close to 200 ppt slides) So what i would love to do is create filter for the slides within a ppt. So if the CSE selects a certain category from the objective CTA we filter the ppts for only those slides. and of course some ppts would be for all success plan snapshots no matter the objectives. anyways does that make sense? so what do you think can i have this by summer?Best Regards,DarshanaPS j/k about the timeline. Display amounts in user's currency for the Mass Edit Scorecard visualization reportsResponse from Customer
Hi,We have an amount field with data type “currency” on our company object. The currency of that field may vary, some use EUR, USD, INR, CAD, SEK etc. When including this field in the “Mass Edit” report type the amounts are displayed in different currencies (the ones originally stored on the company) which makes it hard to compare, filter or sort.It would be helpful to be able to select a preferred currency, or use the currency of the logged in user to calculate the amounts to the same currency in the report. thanks!/David

Hi Folks - It would be nice if we had an option when creating customer records to automatically assign a CSM when we are creating a company record - based on the lowest number of Companies assigned to the CSM on the time of company creation. Hello Team,"Load to people" action Execution summary sheet won't show the records affected, it will show only the summary. In case of any failure records in the execution, we will show in the rule result sheet.Currently it seems like a limitation.It's very important for customer to be able to see affected records in these logs.Could you please check on this request, if we could implement this in the future!

For some of our rules when we're only needing a [i]few accounts - that really don't have any common factors, it would be awesome there was an easy way to copy a filter that you already have in place. [i]Granted it doesn't take much work to also just drag the same filter field over x times - but hey, just a thought. :)

Perhaps this is possible and I'm just trying the wrong method, but... Our Salesforce instance uses Parent/Child accounts pretty heavily, and we've been running into occasions where multiple opportunities will be concurrently open for different children of the same parent account. And today, our CSMs and AEs have no easy way to see concurrently open opps across an account heirarchy. I thought I had a crafty solution, but ran into a limitation in setting up C360 views. My idea: I added an "Ultimate Parent" account lookup to our Account object in Salesforce– this way If I created a report on Opportunites and traversed up a level to the Account object, I could include a common account lookup across any given company's account heirarchy. What I thought I'd be able to do is create a report and map the object (alothough in this case I created a data space) in 360 Layouts to say show report rows where "Ultimate Parent ID on Account = Ultimate Parent ID i
Scorecard history to contain grades along with numbersResponse from Customer
One of our customers is asking whether it is possible in the Scorecard History object, to be able to capture both the numerical score (via the weekly snapshot) and the actual Label of A-F grading, so that someone looking for historical trends based on grade can easily access that in their data warehouse without having to 'convert' from numerical score to grade. Please let me know your thoughts.

It would be great to see logs/history of exports from the admin tab or have a link to download that particular export pop up when it is available. I have trouble with my export emails hitting my inbox (or even my spam filter) and I have no way of going back to find the export. It would be nice to be able to go back in and find the link to the .csv from somewhere within the app in case my emails are being blocked.

Create a report on how often email tasks are actually sent to timeline vs. just checked as completeResponse from Customer
When we close an email assist task manually, we don’t log it to the timeline eventhough the below option is turned on. So, the usecase here is how many email tasks are logged to timeline compared to how many tasks are completed.

I wasn't able to find a suggestion relevant to what I’m about to describe. If there is one, please let me know. Right now, when you want to add custom fields to a CTA or a task it's a "everyone sees it or no one sees it". We have other departments besides Customer Success at our organization who are using Gainsight. We want to be able to show things just relevant to them. for example: we have a section on Tasks where users can fill in more information about the task. those fields only apply to our customer success team. Our Delivery team will also be using success Plans so they'll see this section which isn't relevant to them plus we need to add a new section for information for them to feel out that is not relevant to customer Success. the same holds true when you customize the Customer tab on a Call to Action. that section is applied to all CTAs of that type. You don't have an option to apply a certain set of fields to a specific C

When creating an S3 dataset task from bionic rules, can we please consider autofilling the "[i]MDA-Data-Ingest/input/" [/i]prefix for file names that come from Gainsight's Managed S3 bucket? Ability to move survey responses to a different accountResponse from Customer
Hello,It would be awesome and incredibly helpful if there was the ability for admin or support to map a survey response to a different account once they’re recorded. If you accidentally map the survey participants to the incorrect account (speaking from an experience), then their responses stay in that wrong account in perpetuity which is inconvenient. Thanks!
Rules Engine: Group Filtering by Parenthesis you define in Advanced LogicResponse from Customer
It would be nice to group the filters and criteria in the rules engine (dataset and actions) by how you define them with Parenthesis. Example: (A AND B AND C AND I AND K) OR (D AND E AND F AND I AND K) OR (G AND H AND I AND J) Visually it would be nice if there was a view that grouped by parenthesis so in this case I would have 3 groups when the grouping view is turned on. This would allow for easier troubleshooting when trying to read through the advanced logic to see what all is being filtered.
