Renewal Center Action Card DetailsAcknowledged
Currently Action Cards do not appear in any way editable in Renewal Center. It would be great to either have better fields display when you click into a card, or allow admins to configure them. Example: Overdue Unresolved RenewalsThese are the fields shown, but the opportunity stage isn’t displayed. In my data there are opportunities with close dates prior to their due dates so this wouldn’t make sense at first glance:You’d have to click into them to see that the stages are not closed won/lost. Based on the description of this card, it sounds like due dates and close dates are the primary considerations. However, since the stage is one of the main relevant pieces of information for this card, it should be displayed by default - even better if admins can configure these detail views like elsewhere in Renewal Center.
Log emails to Gainsight using DL groupAcknowledged
Hi Team,Currently we don’t have an option to log emails to Gainsight using DL group (Shared email address) . It will be helpful if we can provide some way in future to log emails to gainsight using shared email address either it could be via plugins or some other way. If their is any workaround to achieve it , Please let me know.
Restrict who can delete Success PlansAcknowledged
We want to limit who can delete Success Plans as we are planning to auto-generate initial plans. We want to make sure there isn’t an accidental deletion that we cannot recover, and instead requests to delete to the admin must be made to delete a Success Plan
Improved Timeline UIAcknowledged
Hello, We have a customer, actually quite a few who are interested in continued improvements in the Timeline UI. They want to be able to have easier editing, including pictures/diagrams in the edit console (not as attachments), and other unstructured data.I don’t see other postings like this, but the need for an improved editor for timeline is a frequent ask.Thanks...
I’ve been reading through a few posts about this and wanted to ask the question to confirm - can an Admin edit (change selections to dropdowns and other content) in a Timeline entry that they didn’t author?If so, how?Thanks!
It would be great to allow rules engine to edit Timeline Context ID after it is created. We run into issues where CSMs make a timeline entry directly in Timeline when they intended to associate to a Success Plan. They have to completely redo the entry in order for it to associate. I wanted to start a process where we add a custom field on the timeline entries for “Associate with Active Account Plan”. If this is checked and the Context ID is null, a rule would populate the context ID with the Success Plan GSID to associate after the fact. Right now, the Load to Activities only allows you to create Milestone entries, but does not allow you to update fields on a Timeline entry
CSMs often start from Timeline for entries, not in a Success Plan.It would be great from Timeline to have a dropdown option to immediately associate a Success Plan from Timeline. We want to avoid a CSM entering directly to Timeline when they intended to make it to a Success Plan and have to redo all their work
GS Sandbox Management ImprovementsAcknowledged
Requests to make managing a production + one or more GS Sandbox environments easier: At least for Sandbox Environments, show the relevant tenant ID (or part of it) on the banner to easily identify which environment you’re in OR Allow environments to be named, and display that name on the banner (at least for admins) to keep track of which tab(s) belong to which environment Better information on Connectors to see which SFDC environment your GS environment is attached to
If you’re on the analyze tab of renewal center, and you click on a widget report to drill down, you’re taken to a detailed view on the right hand side of the screen with some columns and the rest of the screen is greyed out. What I don’t understand is why this is maybe 1/3 at most of the usable screen area. If I add one or two extra columns from the default, I have to scroll left and right, and some of the columns are super narrow. Seeing the background doesn’t do me any good, because if the widget you clicked on is on the right side of the screen that gets totally covered anyways.I would like this to either just take up more of the screen, allow me as an admin to set a default width, or at the very least allow you to drag the drill down and make it wider if needed. I didn’t include a full screen shot as I didn’t want to take time to hide all the data, but LOOK AT ALL THAT UNUSED SPACE! Is this a drill down for ants? For real though, help me make this make sense. I know you can scroll
Renewal center allows up to 20 widgets in a view, but Gainsight only offers 9. While you can use the same widget and change the filters, you can’t actually add anything new you create. This greatly limits the usefulness of renewal center, and really forces a one size fits all approach with it’s design. Want to see something one of these widgets doesn’t offer? Guess you’ll have to make a report on a dashboard and look at it there!More flexibility here would be useful and increase the value prop for customers to buy and use RC, and keep it long-term.
Hi Team, Currently when we use the inline reports in JO and try to send a email , The columns are trimmed and we don't have an option to show complete column name or data in that column . While we add report to the program the column name is showing up fine but while sending, it is adjusting according to the template and trimming the column names and data in it. Currently we don’t have a way to adjust column size. If this can be taken up as future request it will be very helpful for the customer . Sample Screenshot.
Hi Team, As per below highlighted, these are sum of the values for fields Forecast Account, Target Account, and Final Account. Is there a way we could have sum value showing as 'Total/Grand Total' at end of the Opportunity section:: This will actually give a better view to customers.Thank you!
Renewal Center View Configuration UIAcknowledged
Admittedly this is a bit of a shame request, but I think there’s real room for improvement here: When adding fields to a View on the Forecast Table of Renewal Center, the UI to add fields doesn’t match the rest of the product. I completely missed this microscopic carrot to expand Company and see some new fields I’d added in Administration (see below). The request here is to have this area match the rest of the product on how fields and lookups are represented when adding them to reports. Think Data Designer and Report Builder - very noticeable + next to lookups, and lines to show what level you’re at.
Using in line surveys usually increases response rates, but not everyone keeps going after the first NPS/CSAT question, so keeping partial survey responses toggled on is super useful. Internally, our support team wants an email to fire to a case owner for a low score. We’d still want to capture this for partial responses, but right now they necessitate an additional wait.I’d like to capture partial responses but have them convert after a manner of minutes or hours rather than the minimum currently of one day.
Currently when you associate a contact to a CTA and have multiple tokens in the email you can’t send to a different “to” address and have it populate the tokens. I have a customer who is sending internal communication to their CSMs and want to associate a contact which then can fill out the tokens in the email. I think if we were able to have this as an option it would provide a much smoother experience and more functionality to the associated person feature.
This says Implemented, and I know you can select either tasks or events across all activities, but to my knowledge, there’s not a way to sync to both. What I was thinking was adding to the Activity Types Configuration page, and instead of just having a checkbox to sync to Salesforce, having the option to select syncing to task or event.Our use case: We have some Timeline activity types that are SFDC events and some that are SFDC Tasks. So, ideally, we’d be able to mimic that classification with syncing.
When taking notes in Timeline, I will document a task in the notes, and then have to add that task to the task sections. It would be great if there was a shortcut or keystroke to automatically add something as a task. So perhaps. Client wants follow up on new release +++ And the +++ indicates I want that line/sentence to be added as a task. You could use whatever symbol combination or shortcut made sense. This would help streamline timeline and reduce duplicate entries.
HI Team,The customer(F5 Networks) has come with the requirement, if any opportunity that was skipping from one quarter to another quarter (One opportunity cycle to another opportunity cycle ) need to see that information in the late renewal chat.Currently, the "late Renewal" chat calculation is for a selected period. if the renewal type opportunity closed date is greater than the opportunity due date then those opportunities will be displayed in the selection. Now this "late Renewal" chat is showing the data for the selected quator. @vivekreddy @lalit_das
Limit Sharing of Created Views in RCAcknowledged
Currently, anyone can create a view in Renewal Center and share it. You can’t re-share a shared view, but anyone can create one and distribute it. What I would like, is as an admin to have the ability to change (by permission group ideally), who can share views. I think anyone can still create their own, but perhaps we only want admins, managers and above to share views to ensure the source of truth is consistent.
@nitisha_rathi - is there any thought on allowing users to edit entries that they have not created? This is handy for CSM transitions and also for anytime there is a collaboration in a meeting. Use case: CSM enters in the entry and assistant goes in to take notes in the same place where agenda was made
We have more and more needs for non-CTA “Alerts” to our users and the current mechanism is not scalable to have CSM’s required to click “follow” on each of their accounts.Could we find a way to mass enable “notifications” for CSM’s and auto-follow the accounts they are assigned to? tl:dr More admin control of notification settings for users and ability to mass “follow” accounts based on assignment to make notifications more relevant and useful
Copy Rule TasksAcknowledged
Hello!I am not sure if this idea has been brought forth, when I am constructing rules, I often need to either reuse the same task for whatever reason.I wished we have the ability to copy tasks in Bionic Rules without having to recreate the whole task object. A good example of this is when I am looking at CTA’s and trying to determine where they are or what criteria we want to use to trigger future CTA’s or close the ones that are already open.
Intercom Connector by Default stores Epoch Values in the date fields. When we bring them in we can only map them to String or Number but not to a Date datatype field. Would it be possible for us to better handle this scenario by automatically converting the Epoch number coming through into date time field format? PS: We don’t have date time Formulas in Gainsight to perform this on our own and get the EXACT date and time so the Connector doing this would be a better way.
